  1. Yeah, pictures always make your seats look bad. I remember taking a picture of a Raptors game I went to a while back, players looked like ants, but I was located at around the same level as the usual game camera.
  2. Funny little article I found: http://ca.news.yahoo.com/blogs/daily-buzz/craigslist-ad-desperatley-seeks-football-coach-man-lied-182405542.html Now, I personally fond the guy to be a likeable person due to his loyalty to his girlfriend. Then I read this: Just wanted to share it with you guys, trying to see your opinions on the article (hell, you might get a couple hundred for helping him :P ).
  3. I think you get these when followers die (maybe it was someone you had paid/hired, but wasn't with you at the time?). It was pretty hilarious and surprising to get 300 gold after slaying one of the bar hirees. I started a new obligatory "kill everyone and anyone" character. I was planning on just running around with a battleaxe and heavy armor (and 2x scale) like a Dullahan. However, I can't seem to get decapitated (which is supposed to happen when you have invincibility on and lose all health and are "finished" by an NPC). Headlessness is a pretty big part of the image I was trying to cultivate... :( Heh, always found the inheritance notes hilarious. Just today i had a friend come over, and he decided to rampage through Riverwood as a werewolf. No one was left alive (except for Hadvar... he never dies.) After fast travelling to Whiterun, I receive a courier's message right when the guards notice who I am. Got a note from him telling me I inherited gold. I thought to myself: "Ooh, did Camilla have me in her will?" Nope. "Maybe Lucan feels he owes me after I got the golden claw back?" Nope. Or did Alvor really enjoy my company and wished to leave me a little something!?" Nope. I received cash from Embry, the town drunk. Best drink I've ever given.
  4. Har har. But in all seriousness, going for an ex tends to be pretty bad, even if it's just calling them. You might want to call them for the good feelings, but in the end, you'll remember the bad experiences the most.
  5. Should've been more active, but I really should have attended more than the Cabbage vs. Pie events (go cabbage :D ). Wait, that was this fansite... riiight? Anyway, I'll miss you TET <3: .
  6. Did MU receive a warning or anything? I understand that the admins were pretty much asking to be shut down with the conversations they had (although the legitimacy of how the prosecution received the e-mails is a bit... fishy), there should have been some form of warning. I don't question the fact that the MU admins had some form of liability, however I do question the approach by the FBI to shut down the site so abruptly.
  7. So a hotter Canada, female wise and temperature wise, without the stereotype of being the US' hat. Yeah, I'm moving there, even if the Euro is crap now :P .
  8. I'd complain about them, but I know it's for naught, so I shut my trap. Anyway, got the idea of posting Sofia Vergara because someone mentioned her on a different forum I read: [hide] [/hide]
  9. And here I really thought that taller guys would have less troubles with girls than normal guys. I know it would be a bit hard seeing that you would be in an upright fetal position when kissing a girl, but I'm pretty sure that a taller guy would give women a sense of "security", therefore making them more willing to be with you. I swear I read an article on that, but I can't find it right now. Of course, this comes from a 5'7" guy with a love of basketball, so my perception is a bit skewed seeing that I look up to you guys (literally and figuratively.)
  10. I have this need to steal from strongboxes and to steal alchemical ingredients. Although I try to be nice to people (well, except the aspiring mage with the expensive staff, I ALWAYS kill him when my speech check fails).
  11. Randox, your strategy is a lot more complicated than most people's, but that's probably because you are a pure mage. My strategy: 1. Find open space so that the damn thing will land. 2. Hide behind shield and pray to Malacath you won't die when he breaths fire and still flying (I got the Elemental Protection perk). 3. When he finally lands, pop Berserker Rage, shield bash his skull in periodically so that he won't attack, and hack and slash away. Oh, you could also add in a few potions and Marked for Death if you want to.
  12. On the Iglesias scale, Santa's an "OH HELL NO!!!!" . Seriously, I would not dare have a ride with him in an elevator. As for Jesus, well, he's hardy enough to last on a cross.
  13. Orc, I am OP when meeleeing under berserker rage. Btw, anyone else here ever used the bug where you can make your follower carry an unlimited number of items? Well, I tried that with Lydia. Loaded her with some junk I found on my way to Valtheim Towers, seeing that I needed to complete a bounty there. For some reason, she disappeared in the middle of the fight with the bandits (which included me doing a leap of faith off the bridge to take out this one archer I knocked off). I kept looking for her around the place, thinking she would've ran off somewhere, couldn't find her. Tried fast traveling, nothing. Tried waiting a day, nothing. Killing myself didn't help either. I also couldn't get another companion, because I still technically had her with my (Uthgerd didn't want to accompany me). The problem only fixed itself when I started the Companion quest where you kill some Silver Hand soldiers with Aela, which forced Lydia to go back to my house. After finishing the quest, I came back to my house to finally find Lydia at my house... naked. For some reason, the bug forced her to unequip her default body armour, but she still had all the junk in her inventory. Can't say I mind the idea of a naked chick inside my house, though  . Oh, and blood dragons are annoying, especially when there's no open space nearby, meaning the damn thing never lands. Had to chase the dragon for what felt like miles, with the only place it would land being a Giant camp. Killed the dragon, using up all health potions and some fortify potions, but had to run away from the Giant before it would send me sky-high. Invisibility ftw.

This is virtuallly never the case. If a prostitute isn't forced into it by armed gangs, she's forced into it socio-economically. It's a service that people want but only those who are forced to give, by in large. If you put it that way, then a McDonald's fry-flipper is forced into it socio-economically. Let's face it, there are many people out there who have to do jobs they are not proud of, yet they do it, and do it legally.
  15. I support the "whatever - whenever" approach to the game. Just got the game yesterday, got to level 10, and I only got to Whiterun at level 9. It's just so much fun exploring >.> . As an example, when coming out of Bleak Falls Barrow, I noticed a little unexplored cabin marker, so I went there. Turned out it was an ancient Draugr site full of bandits looking for its treasure. I came out happy.

I never understood why prostitution is illegal, seeing that there are gold-diggers out there who are only in it for the money, and the dude gets a trophy wife, and that is legal. Besides, prostition probably existed before our own species. There have been cases where female chimpanzees would have sex with the male alpha in return for food. Substitute food with money, and you have a prostitute.
  17. They have monthly fees because they need money to pay employees to keep hundreds of servers maintained so that thousands of people can play online at the same while constantly updating the game. This, pretty much. An MMO, like WoW for example, is constantly updated (about every 3 hours). With scheduled maintenance weekly on each of the servers. That aside though. Gaming looks to be turning down such a path that eventually, paying for an MMO monthly, will fade. This is probably due to many games these days releasing patches for their games, and DLC on a regular basis. So keep an eye out for ToR going free to play down the road, which may or may not happen. Pretty sure you mean 3 months, not hours. And yes, it takes a lot more money to keep an MMO running, esepecially because MMO's also receive more updates, regularly.
  18. Yes, it's really quite annoying. At least you know that if one of them is [bleep]y, another one probably will be, too.
  19. I've seen a girl that was 13 similar to her, actually, so I see what he means. Same hair, same body, similar eyes.
  20. Well, hoping to get Skyrim soon, what are some builds that are pretty good these days?
  21. Skyrim. Definitely Skyrim. Tip: don't forget your shouts, your local map, and the fact that there's a dude with a horse cart besides the Whiterun Stables that can travel to any major town. Those are three newb mistakes I see everyone do.
  22. Why don't you just give them your number and let them chase you instead? Good question. To be honest, I've been sitting here for a couple of minutes trying to formulate an answer, but I can't find a good one. All I can really say is that I find it extremely wrong to ask for things or services. Just put it this way: I don't ask for people to go to hang out with me, I let them do it. It's just anxiety, I guess.
  23. Is he allowed to do that? Im sure he can but still to stop a trade like that? Total BS in my opinion. He just caved to the owners talk. The Hornets are in a unique position in the league, seeing that they are the only time that is directly owned by the NBA, all other teams have their own owners (MLSE for Raptors, Sterling for Clippers, etc.). Looking at it this way, Stern is technically the owner of the Hornets, so he gets to have the final say on team matters. This should be fixed once the NBA finds a suitable owner for the Hornets willing to keep the team in NO.
  24. Chris Paul to the Lakers was stopped by Stern, only for talks to resume today: http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_ylt=AhvXc2pBawyz1Ewy8JN50h_qbwM6?slug=aw-wojnarowski_chris_paul_trade_hornets_lakers_nba_120911
