  1. I have to agree with you here, it's the median between barrows and bandos.

  3. Forgot to add this in my last post, but I think I should explain my reasoning differently. To me, higher level orge hats are something that you rarely see, and it's part of an "elite" group. These people got these for pretty much no reward, just for the challenge or to have something that's different. It's the same reason you would plan for hundreds of hours at castlewars to get full gold armor. It's generally done to have something different, because not everyone can put up with that much of something. Now a fair argument would to say that you're no asking for the top one, you're asking for one of the higher ones. I still feel like this would take away from the people who did this to have something different, and that it could be replaced with something from Burgh De'Rott ramble (full lumberjack), Pest Control (Full void + all helmets), or even treasure trails (show a level 3 scroll?). There are many, many minigames to choose from, and you can create challenging things if you need. :) And because I'm just so curious, I assume you don't have to kill all of the daggonath kings in one go? (You can make multiple trips for each?)
  4. I think I have misunderstood you here. Do you get the bonus exp by operating the weapon on and off then using a different weapon or by using the actual tri-weapon. If it's the latter then I have misunderstood you and it makes perfect sense then.

  6. I agree, but it would have to be a visible change at around level 80. if at level 99 you can run at twice the speed as someone at level one, this gives you an outrageous advantage during things such as pvping or stealing creation.
  7. This is a very good idea, but I have some criticisms that have either been said before (Didn't read all of the posted replies) or you may have good reasons to support for or against them. 1. Switch the reward from the tri-weapon to the Achievement Cape (with all other diaries completed) and can be trimmed with the Quest Point Cape 2. If against the above addition, remove or lower the weapon's ability to increase experience rates for 10% for two hours 3. Remove or Lower the task to kill 1,000 chompies, because this will make the people who do have very high level hats not as rare, and takes away from this rare achievement. 4. Instead of being the first to mine a level 8 star (which would be very hard to find, due to the mass amount of people AND the fact that a level 8 has to land) make it so that you have to be mining a star that is level 8 or higher. 5. Lastly, to complete a challenge scroll is, well, I would say remove it, but that's a something that's best for you to decide.

  13. All except the bolded area are already declared with the larger strength bonuses warharmmers, twohanded swords, and battleaxes claim. The bolded area, on the other hand, is a great idea in which I support, assuming that the minimum cap is reasonable. Being able to constantly hit above a ten would be incredibly overpowered.
  14. One way you could look at the costs is you could still pk in rune armor, but piety and 70 defense would be a shock to them. Despite what people say, I still see defense's effects in the midst of battle, no matter the armor.
  15. Pretty much, you just see if they've been standing in the middle of Varrock square for thirty minutes, and a couple of dragon dagger specials later, riches!

  17. I agree with your hitpoint cap idea. I have toyed around with the thought of hitpoints going up to a max of 149, but still need 13m exp to reach that. Basically it would take about the same effort to get 99 hits as it would to get 70 hit nowadays, but the hitpoints cape would now be awarded at 149, and those who have it momentarily can will have theirs.
  18. It should be more of a random piece of armor rather than a selected one, so no popup menu would occur during pvp. Or there could be two of each, one at random one with selection. (Selection at a higher level of course)
  19. I know I'm saying this a few weeks late, but this IS THE POINT OF THIS THREAD. It's pretty much what I've been trying to say since that argument occurred, but Cacmypants but it nice and blunt for me.
