Well, I was just asking about functionality. The important part of any system is not how it looks, but how it works. As for the "fixed rate", I meant why not let players set their own price to their own trains? EDIT: Who says members aren't keen on giving F2P a faster method of transportation? Do we have ridiculously fast transport methods? By the way, I can't show you a train that with unlimited storage, but I can show you a spell that apparently understands the concept of how much a certain piece of paper is worth to a bank. Involving riding trains: so at the stations, you will just see all the trains that are currently at that station, letting new passengers on? Will this be in list form or will you actually be able to see every single train that's currently at that station? If you have to be on your own train to operate it, it doesn't seem like a very efficient way of making money. For one thing, it just seems like it'd be too inconvenient to have to be there while you cart people around, unable to do anything else. On one side, you might say "WHO WOULDN'T WANT TO RIDE MY TRAIN AND LIKE THERE'S GONNA BE PEOPLE ON EVERY STATION WHO WANTS TO RIDE MY TRAIN", but on the other hand, if everyone wants to profit from their trains, then the odds of people riding your train specifically will be low. It'll be like the Grand Exchange: it's easy to buy, but not as easy to sell. It'll be easier to find a conductor than to host your own train. Although that's all just speculation. EDIT: Here's another question. Why do trains have to be player-operated in the first place if every single train goes on the same exact route for the same exact price?

:? I don't quite understand the concept. So it would be like canoe stations, except everyone could have their own train and carry others on it? Why have fixed rates for the use of someone's train? How would riding the trains work? Would it be like the POH system (At the station, there's a "Ride a Friend's Train" option)? Do you have to be on the your train yourself to operate it? I might have more questions later, but this is all I can think of with my current understanding of the idea. :P

How can it be communism if there is an economy and a definite controlling party? If we operated under communist means, wouldn't that mean if I chopped 1k yew logs, it'd be my civic responsibility to share those yew logs with anyone who wanted yew logs, and vice versa? Obviously, this is not how Runescape functions. Communism is defined as "classless", yet you admit that Jagex controls the game, therefore accepting them as the highest, if not the only, class that exists involving changes to Runescape's world. The ideal communist society would have no leading party keeping others in check with its foundations or its laws. It would take the mindset of the entire population to be similar in having the idea that the whole is necessary to the survival of the individual, and therefore every individual must support the whole. Since I don't see everyone sharing a communal bank, we can't possibly be communist. ...As runescapers, I mean. It's cool if you yourself are a communist.

Why don't we all just agree to do this? I mean, that's what I do, so... But then again, I rarely fight. Still. Scim > Long. :(

Yes, there are those teleports, but what I'm talking about is for each one of those teleports you have to spend a bit walking to get to the Grand Exchange. If you are someone who is skilling and is selling 'x' while getting more of 'x' or any other scenario then it takes up unnecessary time having to run all the way up and then do your stuff. This may be just my opinion as someone who used to check/update miscellania daily... but it's not that bad to walk the fifty steps from either lumbridge to the canoe station, then through the underwall tunnel into the grand exchange, or the fifty steps from varrock center into the grand exchange, or the sixty steps from edgeville into the grand exchange. Also, I don't see the hassle that walking adds when going to buy/sell from the Grand Exchange anyway. The odds of your transactions being finished as soon as you get there are pretty slim anyway, giving you at least enough time to walk back to wherever you're doing your work and check your bank for your purchase/sale profit there.

Yeah, why isn't the cannon already a set? =\ The idea of selling it as a complete cannon connotates the same reasoning as selling armor as sets: convenience. Right?

I don't see what bad could come from this. It sounds good. Except why restrain firemakers to holding down ctrl to go in the opposite direction? Why not just have the character move in a different direction depending on where there's room after they've completed a row? So if you've burned a complete row to the west, at your last fire, you go north, and then since there's no more room to the west, your character starts burning east. At the end of this eastbound row, if your fires from the original westbound row are still standing south of you, you go north again since there is no room to your south, and vice versa. If there's an obstacle (a building) keeping your character from going north after finishing his first westbound row, he moves south every completed row and continues that way instead. ...If my suggestion doesn't make sense... I'm not much of a firemaker anyway. :(

I find it disrespectful for anybody to refer to other people by their combat level. =\ Like I don't like when people say "lvl 88. u got guams?", so I say "You know, I have a name." I do that for other people too, even if they don't seem to mind. :P

Take a trip to a large F2P world. Watch all of the crap that comes out of everyones mouths. And don't try and defend those idiots. You know its true, MOST OF F2P IS FULL OF PLAYERS JUST LIKE THAT. I'm tired of you idiots demanding respect, when your not being disrepsected. We don't give a damn about you. Theres a pretty big epidemic in F2P: Autoing, Gold-Farming, Drop-Trading, Auto-Talking, Adveritsing Dangerous Websites, Item Scamming, Filter Evaded Offensive Language and a few more. Its much worse in F2P than it is in P2P. So, again. When P2P says some bad things about F2P's autoing problem and etc keep your god damn mouth shout. Unless, your an autoer yourself. Then go ahead, say that you auto in Runescape and defend your pathetic self! GF, you tried. Good life. =\ Was that really necessary? Someone asked a valid question. Even if what you say is true, there are better ways of conveying a message than to degrade those that you're against. To make rash points, statements that you cannot yourself prove, and even create obviously chimerical statistics, I must say, is not the correct way to defend your argument. Good fight. You tried. =|
