I suggest using a smaller canvas to begin with as it's easier to work with as it's hard to fully use the space in a large canvas on a good looking way.

Not liking the red C4D as it messes up the colour here and there and the majority of your other C4Ds are messy in my opinion. You know that you could erase the parts that look bad in your opinion and add several more C4Ds.

^Clean that keyboard now before you get the plague or something.

Pretty decent but I would work on your heads/faces if I were you. The anatomy is pretty good now slight error on the torso as it seems like his right is facing towards us a little more than the left but the torso is flat instead of going with the right arm.

Liking the volcano, not sure what the "thing" under it is though? Something that sneezes?

Very well done for a first time :thumbup:. For crits, I think the head is slightly boxy and the mouth too stiff if you get what I mean, also have to agree with tripsis.

Sharpened focal point: personally I think it went quite well (compared to my recent batch of crap), constructive criticism/pointers would be nice :).
