  1. Chapter 18: Rain of Fire Janrok walked up to Tiffy. He was once again sitting on the familiar bench in Falador. The battle had never really breached the city walls, so the inside of the city was basically untouched. Of course, Falador guards were still trying to repair the broken walls of the city. The humans had undoubtedly won, but there had still been a small price in both money and lives. Janrok himself had spent a good deal of time picking up the ammunition he could recover. When a knife was thrown, it often fell to the ground and could be picked back up. Sometimes, the knife was destroyed in the process and couldn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t be recovered. Still, if you had the patience to pick up your ammunition, you could make it last a lot longer. Janrok had spent the night sleeping, but today, he was ready to talk about what he had seen during the battle the day before. ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅTiffy.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  2. Chapter 13: Change of Plans, Change of Hearts Malak flew urgently towards Lumbridge castle. This time, he had enough time to fly by night, as he preferred. However, this couldn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t wait another day. He hadn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t had time to warn Horacio. He would just have to hope that Horacio was at the castle. Malak flew into the familiar window in Lumbridge castle and transformed back into his humanoid form. Horacio was indeed here̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæbut sleeping. ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅHoracio!̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  3. Chapter 7: His Name Was Marik Thyker made his way to the entrance to Lumbridge castle. He was quite familiar with the area; his first memories all focused on Lumbridge. Talking to Bob, the axe seller. Studying prayer at the church. Killing goblins while being called a newbert̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ whatever that was. Thyker shook his head. Not the time to daydream. Thyker knocked on the gate. Eyes appeared through a small slit in the door. ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅWho are you?̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  4. I think that might work in terms of macros. However, I'm under the imperssion that the majority are really Asian gold farmers playing very repetively, not macros.
  5. I can tell you for sure that firemaking triggers him. I cannot say this is the only event, nor can I say that it's the best event, but it is one.
  6. They're both lanterns that are created during the course of quests. You'd be better off just taking a piece of glass and making the lense.
  7. The only new item that they drop is the dragon boots.
  8. yeah, if you have the right agility level, you can get to them pretty fast.
  9. This is a story I posted on the forums that I was previously on. The people there seemed to like it, so I think I'll post it here. Chapter 1: Hidden Conspirators Malak made his way through the night skies over the deserts of the western lands. He was used to the sights of the desert by now; while he hadn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t made the flight frequently, he had done it enough times, and the path never changed. Between how high he was flying and the darkness caused by the dead of night, he could see very little; but it was enough to know the path. He always traveled by night in the lands west of Al Kharid. And he always traveled in his bat form. The western lands weren̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t accustomed to the sight of vampires; they were too ignorant to know how fearful they should be. Especially of Malak, a member of the nobility. Furthermore, if those he were associated with were caught dealing with a vampire, that could ruin their reputation. Malak didn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t care much of his acquaintance lost his power, but that power was something Malak needed as well. Malak was indeed powerful; just not all-powerful. It wasn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t long before Malak reached the city of Lumbridge. He could already see a light on in the castle. He recognized that window. It was the one he always went towards. His partner was waiting. Malak flew into the window and transformed into his vampire form. As always, Duke Horacio was there to greet him. ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅYou̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re messenger said you had something urgent to discuss,̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  10. Hill Giants are a good choice. Ogres are fairly good, as well. Both are lower level than Suqahs, but a little farther from a bank, so I can't say for sure. Also, consider that you could do Baby Blue dragons and get a lot more exp.
  11. If you are p2p, definitely use enchanted ruby rings if you're going to smelt the ores. Every ring will successfully smelt 140 ores for you. If you need to buy more, they sell them in Zanaris near where they sell the dragon longsword.
  12. Yeah, that's what polymorphism is; that's what you're basically doing here, which is why I said it that way. However, it's too long for a skill name, so I just went with skill fusion.
  13. While random events are random, some actions have a higher chance of triggering a certain random than other events. So saying it's completely random isn't true; it's random with some control. It's like if you had to roll a number higher than 4. One die goes from 1-6, one goes from 1-12. It's still random, but not completely uncontrollable.
  14. One thing I'll say it, dont' worry about things you CANNOT control; worry about things you CAN control. If they already took your stuff, there's not much you can do. If they're on there now, try to get a friend to try to make them jump servers (by saying they need to give him an item back); when he jumps, try to log on yourself.
  15. 24 each sounds right to me as the stable price; I think they start off at about 200 each if they're strung, which would be about 100 each if they were unstrung.
  16. If you don't kill the healers, you won't be able to kill Jad, so you don't have much choice; you have to do something about the healers.
  17. It is a stand-alone skill. I as considering if it would affect combat or not; I decided it would probably be better NOT to because, remember, that even the fusions that affect combat do have negative affects to them (such as removing an armor piece). Even if the net effect is good, it's not ONLY a bonus, it's both a bonus and a penalty, so that's why I thought it shouldn't affect combat level.
  18. I like this idea as long as they DO incorporate the ability to make yourself hidden, as you suggest including. However, I will mention that it's quite possible that it would be impossible to do this from the website. What you COULD do is make a special place in Lumbridge that you can go into to use this feature. i.e. You walk into the building, and there's an object in there that opens up the friend-finder interface.
  19. Well, you aren't literally "a cat" when you fuse; you just look like a half-cat half-human. Thus, seeing them isn't as hard as seeing a cat, though the radar thing does definitely make it harder. Of course, that being said, these fusions are only meant as examples. Some may indeed be flawed, and there are probably other good ideas for fusions.
  20. Fusion skill: Brief Summary: This paragraph is meant for people who do not want to read the whole idea. Skip this if you̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re going to read the entire post. However, keep in mind, when posting a reply, that your concerns might have already been answered in the longer version. Anyway, fusion is a skill that lets you fuse with a monster to change your character̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s attributes temporarily. You do not literally need to be next to the monster; instead, you use a special ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åfusion idol̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  21. Uh, restarting your computer doesn't actually clear your internet cache.
  22. I agree with you on all points. I'd like to say two things. One, on p2p, you don't see this stuff nearly as much (it does happen, but a lot less often). Second, remember that some people are newbs and simply don't know any better. It's annoying, but some aren't trying to be jerks. (of course, some know what they're doing and ARE trying to be annoying or scam you). Not that I'm trying to disagree with you, as I find these things annoying as well; just thought that might help.

Yes, they are extremely annoying. Luckily, they're also illegal, and Jagex DOES ban them.
