Zamorak temple in level 6 or so wild, above the fog entrance.There are quite a few normal bones respawns there.Log in a high population world and that should help you quite a bit.

Tried swamp titan today.Took 500 scrolls and used 117 during a titan's lifespan.Killed dusties at CT, for the multiarea.I got 28,816 attack xp(titan trains this),21,145 defence, 26,534 strength(sgs specs) using whip/defender on controlled and sgs for the specs.Using the titan's scrolls I managed to poison 2 dusties at once, through the same spec.Only the one that I directly targeted with the scroll attacked back.His max hit was a 16, while hitting 14-15 every 10 or so hits.

Chaos tunnels.Although you will also get hit by baby black dragons.The entrance is south of BH(wilderness volcano on the games necklace).You'll be at some bugs.Use the portal which is on the east side of the room, leading to green drags.

~75k xp/hour with enchanting.Use the mousekeys while leaving the cursor on the last shape.Move around the shapes so that the last shape is under the enchanting icon.

After 87 MTA enchant is ~2.006 gp/xp(last time I checked anyway).

If you log in today-tonight (depends where you live) I could get you through a few runs as I'll be killing spiritual mages/barrowing all day today.

About the guide:remove the 2nds and pets sections?as they aren't that necesarry and as you mentioned for the 2nds they are listed on Tip.It. You still have to add "miniguides" to some monsters that you recommend to kill for charms, dagannoths and cockroaches.Otherwise good guide.

I've recently gotten 88 summoning and I'd like to ask you which summons are best to use for training(in about all skills, except range-99,mage-already have it planned for 99).Thanks for the info.

Well I decided to try a game today, called"Find your kyatt". These are the rewards: 70-88 summoning | 125-127 combat So far, highest xp rate on rsstats.net and also 1899 total,due to an rc level that I got through all the random event lamps, which I had to endure during the training.Rewarding day.

In the picture above, I took 4k deaths.I only used 7 blood bursts to heal,notice the 1993 casts, due to the Enhanced Excalibur and edible seaweed.By practising I only use 4 ppoints/lure.

Strongest person from each part on the lowest route, skipping all the events that I could.I got the whole outfit in about 5-6 hours of trekking, top being the last.I don't know about the rare part but the top was the last item that I got.
