I can make 1k broad bolts/minute=>60k bolts/hour.This is 180k xp/hour.You can buy the broad parts for 50gp/piece from a slayer master and I recommend buying them from Shillo.There is also a fishing shop downstairs which sells feathers, 6 gp each.You might want to rest after 1 hour of fletching this way.

Either broad or c'bow.You (atleast I hope) won't be taking the accumulator with you and at 600+/diamond bolt it'll cost you too much(staying there to pick them up would lose ppoints).
