Well I'm pretty happy with my progress today. Don't think I got much slayer exp, maybe 100k or so. But I did make between 4 and 5m. This will be very useful as currently I am working towards an Armadyl plateskirt, as long as I have it I will be able to Arma and then get back to making my cash through monster hunting. I'm currently about 50k from 89 slayer so I hope to get that tomorrow, don't know if I'll be on much but between penguins and a Dagg task that should go by pretty quickly. Ah well, night all :)

I quite like this set up: Helm: Guthans Neck: Fury Chest: Armadyl/Guthans Weapon: Abyssal Whip/Guthans spear/ Rune crossbow Shield: Dragonfire shield/ Spectral spirit shield Legs: Guthans skirt Boots: Ranger Gloves: Barrows (in your case maybe something prayer boosting?) Ring: Archers ring Bolts: Diamond (e) Inventory: You should only need about 6-8 super restores, although with your lower prayer level take a few more. Obviously you will have the switch items in your inventory as well, and after that maybe take 20 or so purple sweets. Then fill the rest up with brews. Hope that helps.

Back when solo maging was first discovered as a good money making method, the two set ups were Veracs and Guthans. Obviously they have changed and adapted to new items, but the basic principal was this. For Guthans you wouldn't pray unless you had a king on you, and you would heal off the spinos when you needed to. For Veracs the idea was that you would be praying a fair bit to prevent taking much damage. So if your gonna keep using veracs go back to basics and just take a little more prayer each trip. That might help :P

Okay I want to be levelling my Rune crafting so that I can finish off the Ardy elite diaries, but I hate training RC :o I know there are many different methods, but I just want an idea of what would be the best for me at the moment. I do not care if I make 10k through out the 9 levels, I do however care if I spend 10 months on it. ZMI isn't really an option as I hate it to hell :D Thanks

Super prayer is more useful in almost all situations. IF you are taking 10 prayer restoration things I would say 8 Super prayer 2 super restores, as a ratio.

The demand is legit and the price probably won't be dropping any time soon. You can tell that there isn't a merch clan secretly hoarding them because so many people kill dragons for money and they haven't been rising high enough each time. They may drop a small bit every now and then but in general they will just keep going up for a while.

Thanks Animal :D Okay well I might as well explain the thread title and the meaning of it. Before I quit I ravaged my bank for herblore, busted close to 190m on it and now I somewhat regret it (surprise surprise). I was thinking to myself I can't quit leaving my account in bad shape and in my eyes unfinished, so I'm back to fix it up and pick up the pieces. My goals for this year, which will allow me breaks if I need them, is fairly broad. Get all off the buyable skills to 99, except maybe farming, and get 99 Slayer. OH and to finish off with a 500m+ bank :D

You should also add the Mjolnirs to that list ;)

In Dream Mentor just before you fight the Inadequacy, Cyrus has got absolutely no clue :P
