I think I speak for the majority here when I say that we're all a bit fed up of the doomsday predictions when they actually don't have much substance. This game is still fun, there's a LOT of content and things to do, and actually, when you think about it, the bots have only infringed on a tiny part of that. Luckily, that particular discussion has died down a bit now, and people have come to accept that. Eh, in any case, I'm still going to be here, grinding away. EDIT: I was there when free trade went. What people are saying now is but a smidgen on what people were saying then. Because Jagex doesn't release data, one can never know how the game is doing, making both sides of your argument false, actually. Iplayed when I had goals, then I met the ones that were fun. It was a good 4 years. I might actually come back.

Might be coming back to PK and do some DKS, and just mess around. Is the game fun still? Last I played was in January.

OH NOES A BOSS WHICH IS HARD QQ. Nex is easy, compared to bosses which I've fought in WoW. Bosses there can take weeks to figure out how to kill, and a 5 minute fight is a short one. Well, at least we always get loot. Nex was a failure in how Jagex implemented it. LS/CS is a disaster, as are non-rare drops. Those are what need to be fixed.

Because it doesn't matter. I wouldn't care if someone bought their account TBH. Its just like having a friend IRL who speeds a lot, sure its against the law, but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop being his friend.

Depends HOW afk. If they need you for an emote puzzle, etc you have to be paying attention. If they set it up so its 4/5 they get lower XP.

Stew up, get your boost, log out. Log in for under 1 minute, then relog to reset your timer. The GAME won't drop your herb,but the BONUS XP doesn't function on game ticks, so that will go down.

Still not sure why we should care if someone swears or not. It is possible to set up our own OPTIONAL filter.

For team arma, I found ely better. For DKS divine one because of one simple thing: Certain healing reduced the frequency of brewing, which really lowers mage, requiring super rests, sometimes when p pots were wasted. But still, ely is quite good.

Yeah, i'm wondering why this is really. It has to do with the Free Trade and Old Wildy returning, that is for sure. People have been panic selling quite a few items and even though the worst crashes many items are still falling. I don't know exactly why so many items are falling this much, but I think that it all have to do with that people think that RS will become quite much of a new game when Free Trade and the Old Wildy comes back. Especially when Free Trade returns the market will change. None really knows how much and in what way, so people sell off their items to get as much gp as possible. Why death runes have suddenly dropped this much I don't know, but perhaps rcing deaths have become less popular because of some reason? What that would be I don't know though. Which is so weird.. Don't everybody remember that the prices actaully crashed when free trade was removed? Returning should actually strengthen the prices of raws. Part of it is because people didn't know how trade would work after the removal of free trade.

I'd be interested in your bank, you seem rather well off for your level. Gratz on the herb level, and GL on prayer. After around ~5 hours, prayer becomes a bit numb and bearable lol.

Perhaps it was a hot item for 76kers? Just some runes because they were going to mage people to death... perfectly normal... riiight? But with all that going byebye, they just don't need them anymore, so drop. Neither of those make any sense. People didn't stock up on a sufficient amount of death runes over the few weeks we knew about nex before her release to account for a 100+ gp drop. Nor did 76kers use death runes lol..Seems like the former person just wants to blame 76kers for another thing which they didn't mess up. Either supply increased, or demand decreased. Going by occams razor,(with my current knowledge that is) I'd say the former is most likely true, someone(s) sold a very large amount, saturating the market.

What? Apart from melee being bad and godswords being bad melee weapons, why would 8 godswords be better than 4? Just can't understand the logic behind this, not to mention Nex seems to be a mage, which explains why melee and mage are bad, while range dominates her. It's worth trying at least once. Think about when corp first came out....how did people figure out you need to use spears? They tried it....shocking. I'm not saying it will be good, just that someone should at least do it once, to get over the speculation. Who knows, it might work. Spear is a class of weapon. GS's aren't quite the same...they are swords. Unless releasing 4 specs at once does something special, then I doubt the GS will be of much use.

Not average. Rex is slightly slower kill then supreme, and not counting the extra prime kills, you are making under 2m/hr maging rex. Got to factor in runes, pots, etc.

Thats only in GE. Purple updates more often, since its the lower phat, and as such rises more. Same reason ely would have passed divine had they both continued as they were.

IKR its awesome. :3 I don't think anyone that rich would be killing rex People get torva from Nex but realise Nex isn't good enough money p/h with drop prices, so they go to a far better money maker DKs. :-w He didn't say they wouldn't DKS, said they wouldn't only kill rex. Only a really dumb/low level person would kill ONLY rex. At least range prime and telegrab drops, or multibrid. Just maging rex is terrible cash, way better off at frosties.

You do realise you just contradicted yourself right? If someone can be more efficient at Td's by 'getting better' (lol vague) then the exact same thing can happen with Nex. I've done a few kills of Nex with a 15ish man team and her K.O potential isn't vastly different from Corp to be honest. Why is it a good thing that new armour comes out that nobody other than the richest can buy? Does it boost your virtual ego? Other than that, I see the prices of these items as absurd. Once again were going to go through the ridiculous cycle of what happened to divine and ely. Every piece that enters the Market will be snatched up by merchers that don't even use it for it's intended purpose making the entire update pointless. When will Jagex realise that being high level doesn't mean you automatically have max money. One simple reason: NOT EVERYONE NEEDS EVERYTHING. I don't have any torva. If I stick with RS instead of quitting, then I'll have a hard goal. Things shouldn't be too easy to get. There is no real "end game" content in RS. Hopefully we have some here that is "end game". Expensive to buy, or quite hard to get without actually being decent. No more of this low level mass crap. Now it needs skill, rather then luck. Why is it bad that only a few people can afford something? It gives a goal. Believe me, having the best of everything is kind of boring. Money loses value quickly with only skills and supplies to buy, why monster hunt when a week of MHing will keep me skilling for a month plus? Its part of why I'm enjoying WoW. There are actually things for me to do. Now if I want 120 dg, I grind for 3 months. Same for other skills. I've mastered all the bosses I enjoy and are profitable, I had the best gear, and I had all the 99's I enjoyed. Now there is a new, hopefully hard boss to master, and new gear that might actually take me months to either LS or buy! This gear isn't so much better then other armor that people will really lose out by not having it. In fact, bandos and arma will drop enough to become more accessible. But its a goal. And free trade will limit merchants heavily, in one sense. They will still "flip" items, but instead of having to upgrade items, or use junk, or camp snipe GE, you can buy an item for its actual street price.

Exclusive content; +1 Expensive items +1 Good boss (hopefully) +1 Finally another item the average player can't afford so easily, maybe this game still has something difficult to aim for, without an arbitrary self set goal being the only difficult ones left. Lets hope this boss actually takes skill to kill, unlike any other boss in RS. Even tds don't take skill, you just can become more efficient by being better.

Lazy developers on cutscenes, was rather too short, and best part was the big rock. 3/10.

I'm def not a ENFJ or w/e boogers posted. I'm introverted, but a great people person when I try, not afraid of people, not shy about much, love arguing, but hate serious conflict that could directly effect me, I like being in control of whats going on, but if I trust the person I'll let them. I'm rather selfish as well. Define me.
