  1. I meant try LOOKING there. Nothing. What about here... http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?f=186&t=767635&hilit=spec+picture
  2. I meant try LOOKING there.
  3. Try the Website Updates and Corrections section of the forums...
  4. This is less an update than a confirmation... Trading Sanfew some Goutweed can in fact earn you some Grimy wergali. It makes complete sense, but since those are the first ones I've received, I just thought that I'd mention it is in fact possible. No guide specifically says otherwise, but perhaps even the herb item listing itself might need a mention that it's possible to get some of the herb in that manner. EDIT: Out of the eight Goutweed I traded him, three were Grimy wergali. I know it's random, but it would seem like a halfway decent way to get some if you don't have the Vinesweeper points for a seed and don't want to pay for it on the GE.
  5. If you read it carefully your coming from the location with the plank and then see to paths; one with a swamp (to the south) and one with a big gap (to the east). You can't pass the swamp at all just like the guide states. Theres been a rope swing on the return path for as long as I've been playing and used the underground pass (about 3 years ago was the first time I used the path). The only notable thing is maybe fill the green return section on the map with black to avoid confusing people. If below is what your on about I apologize. [hide=This small tweak][/hide] That's the point...perhaps there was a swamp there at one time (when the guide was created) and that swampy looking green spot confused the user. It didn't confuse me, but I didn't really concentrate on the swamp part. The guide could stand to be re-written and the map updated. Too bad it doesn't appear to be one of the provided underground maps by Jagex in-game.
  6. It's strange, because the map has the swamp still there but mentions the rope swing dropping you in a different area (the yellow line). This is definitely a quest that needs re-working. Too much text that isn't correct or clear.
  7. I think the OP said they've only done the first part... The OP should do Royal Troubles ASAP. Put most of the work into something you both use occassionally and can sell. After you have all the workers you can get (from the Royal Trouble quest), then look at profitable items on the GE (like the stock market) and collect based on rising prices. I personally like to get the seeds from the maples, so I over collect on those (9) and then either raw fish or coal.
  8. Every spell gives you experience for casting, but combat ones give you more based on how much damage each cast does to your opponent. Some minigames do not allow you to get experience for casting magic of any kind, limit the experience, or alter it. EDIT: Here is the link to Tip.It's guide... http://tip.it/runescape/?page=magic_guide.htm#exp It looks like I was mistaken. It wasn't a typo on your part.
  9. Just because something is in a guide, doesn't make it so. I was really hoping to get someone who has burned both sets of logs with the corpses and gotten results that say there is no difference. For instance, the key results could be the same, but with a higher frequency of more valuable rewards for burning higher quality logs. It appears that there is no difference, but I don't think it would be fair to say one way or the other without a study involving a large number of burns.
  10. Sell to the General? If you finished Rocking Out, you can deposit them in the Custom's locker (to your bank). There are always people cutting willows near the Barbarian Outpost south of the lighthouse crossing, too.
  11. How about "Use the elemental metal on a workbench with an anvil and make one elemental claw." or can it be done on any of the workbenches down there?
  12. Rien's post is ideal when confirming or disproving things. Not only does it provide evidence from Jagex's site (which is sometimes wrong), but it also mentions that Rien actually tried it (in his first post on the subject). Ideal submission...
  13. It is possible right after the Haunted Mine is finished, but I know that I've seen this fact submitted before. I've even got a mention of using it in this way in my blog. I don't know why something hadn't been done about it in the past, but if you don't know/can't confirm, then it's confusing as to why you'd post. That said, it is accurate, but I'm just wondering why nothing had ever been done.
  14. For every honest pair of brothers not colluding, there would probably be three single young men claiming to have a brother logging in from the same place. No, it just can't be allowed. That's the 'price' we all must pay.
  15. Forgot about Pirates Cove...that would probably be the best place.
  16. Thats NOT safe. You will most likely run into the CE with this route. Remember to bring a diamond bracelet (enchanted of cause), saves you from teleblock by revs. I've had several trips to that castle and never had any problems with the CE. It's just as safe as randomly teleporting around the wilderness, daring revenants to attack and teleblock you, IMO.
  17. I'm still not eligible to do the quest, but I got the communique MONTHS ago. I got mine sometime after completing ME II...maybe the next day.
  18. There's also levers in Edgeville and Ardougne that take you to the deep wilderness. Read up more on those in the Getting Around guide if you're interested. http://tip.it/runescape/?page=getting_around.htm
  19. I understand, I'm just asking how you know...
  20. The 'hit' is just letting you know that that's the correct door you have to go in. It's random. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't, but it's ALWAYS the correct door, until the timer clicks over to choose a new random door out of the four where the mummy can be found. Tip.It has a good guide, which I've actually helped contribute some small research on. http://tip.it/runescape/?page=pyramid_plunder.htm
  21. There are plenty of places: Crandor, south of the Fishing guild, Brimhaven dungeon, Karamja's isolated island over the rope swing...
  22. I don't understand...he just said he couldn't lend it or you actually tried to lend your armour to someone and got a message saying that the armour couldn't be lent?
  23. It's something I've said before in a previous post...I've never had the pouch degrade, though I've had the medium and large ones degrade several times. I'm positive it can't (how many less runes could it carry anyway?). The numbers idea sounds like a good thing to test more, unless the crew feels the info is already accurate enough.
  24. I think if you look in the guide itself, you'll see what the OP was saying. It's possible the calculator might have a little problem, but I haven't checked the calculator, only the guide.
  25. I can't think of anything worth saying that can't wait, especially if you can type it in quickly enough to have the post time limit affect you.
