No, you can't die from vitamin C overdose because it has a 30-minute halflife in blood plasma. Unless you refuse to urinate and want to suffer bladder damage, it's not possible to overdose on it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_c# ... _arguments Lists good sources, multiple organizations, governments, professors, etc.. Support megadosage of vitamin C, upwards to 20x of the daily recommended dosage. Especially in malnourished children or those that don't eat enough meat/vegetables, it can prevent multiple diseases, even many types of cancer.

Caffeine may have it's effects, especially hyperactivity.. But remember there is no such thing as "Vitamin C overdose " :P Your body can only absorb so much Vitamin C, some milligrams per day... After that, it will leave your body along with sweat or urine. It doesn't damage your liver nor is it capable of poisoning, even if you'd drink 20 glasses of orange juice a day, nothing would happen to you.

I hope it's on you >.> ON TOPIC:wait, does Australia have a bigger Population than USA? Try 25.5x smaller :P

Spain vs Italy tonight will be cool as heck, one of the most exciting games of the tournament. The downside is that if they're TOO equal in skill, it'll probably end 0-0, extra time 0-0 and go to penalties (which is sort of boring for the viewer, 120 minutes of no goals :P ). Hoping they finish the game within normal playing time, cheering for Italy but wont mind if Spain wins, they're a great team too.

Successful troll is successful  I can't believe people took GI's review for real.. They're trying to troll all the games that got high reviews. For all you know they'll do it to GTA4 next.

 1-1, and Russia wins 3-1 on Extra time. Incredible match, but to be blunt, the Dutch sucked in this game for some reason. This looks like the tournament of underdogs. Tomorrow is no underdog game though: Italy vs Spain. This will be EXTREMELY difficult to bet on, and extremely fun to watch for fans.

... It's a name  Just about the same ingredients as any other energy drink.

Obesity is linked with poverty in nearly all societies, not with wealth. Wealth is usually linked with education -> Education is linked with moderate weight and eating patterns. (That doesn't mean America is poor either, it just means MOST obesity occurs in groups like black women or low-income white males) To get a true picture, you'd have to go to a rural area in Australia, or a suburb in the USA. A wealthy neighbourhood with million dollar homes wouldn't give an accurate sample of the average population

Nah, I'm pretty much 100% sure there isn't a magical explanation to that one. It's been a long known fact that the wealthier a country becomes, the more suicides will start appearing in that country. Obviously, that's been all western countries in the past. Now, when China/Russia/Cuba (And Japan with it's economic surge in the last 20 years) opening up their economies, instability, fear, (or boredom if you have too much).. Fills the minds of millions of people. Some of them will ultimately kill themselves due to the pressure. Latin americans may not be the wealthiest people in the world, but if you ever visited Argentina, Brazil, etc.. You'd see they are one of the most positive people of any country in the world despite not rolling in cash.

Yep, but not all artists 'have' torrent DL's, though that's a growing trend and a lot of artists offer their album free of charge on torrent sites now. (And even if you try to get some music.. Illegally... Not all artists are popular enough to have a working torrent -.- ) BTW: 99p for a single MP3 is extortion, converted to USD that's over $2 dollars per file. There's plenty of sites that offer music for $0.10 per file, which is around 0.05P.. Yep... DL'ing through limewire, or any p2p client is illegal (unless the artist has released the music to public domain and free sharing). And you're getting scammed if you buy the paid version of Limewire.. They don't really pay any of the profits to artists. It goes to con-artists...

Heh.. I bet on some MLB games, have only watched like 2-3 matches taped after a game. It IS true what was said above, in some brutally boring games like Houston Astros vs Milwaukee.. Often the game goes all the way to 9th with ZERO score for both teams, and only the extra innings will help decide who wins 1-0. Still, I hope Red Sox win AL2008

Maybe he's going to throw the knife.. [/troll] Still I disagree somewhat that being allowed to hunt boar at 14 (with your parents, at least) doesn't really make a kid spoiled or troublesome. At least in northern european countries I know for a fact hunting is a normal outdoor activity for anyone upwards of 14 years old, and 15 year olds can get hunting rifle permits if supervised by an adult. And if you don't like hard work for getting $400, you can always let Mrs. Fortuna help you. Take the Euro2008 or major league baseball games for example. 1. Register under false age to a bookie 2. Bet 1 buck on guessing the correct outcome of 15 matches 3. ??? 4. $400 Really, if you aren't willing to take risks (which you probably don't know enough about, yet), your only alternative especially at that age, is doing minor jobs like mowing lawns.

Holy crap.. Most exciting game of Euro 2008.. Croatia Turkey just ended. Baseball and american football seem like a rotten muppet show compared to THIS, I bet if more americans watched soccer games like this, they'd get much more drawn into it. Guessed the outcome (1X) which didn't affect extra time.. Was too afraid to place live bets after that, and thank heavens. Turkey made 1-1 on OT with seconds left to go. Also, it lifted the image of Rustu Recber in my mind. Sure he made a mistake which led to 1-0, but overall he's almost comparable to Van Der Sar, maybe not Buffon, still a great goalkeeper.
-
Heh.. Somehow I doubt any country can win Italy in penalties unless the stadium is extremely slippery/there is an extraordinary amount of luck involved (hint: very powerful kicks, Buffon as the keeper). France lost the penalty shootout to Italy in the last world cup championship.

Great bet. I took bit of a gamble with a live bet, but won pretty easy money considering the risk.. Bet EUR200 on "no red card" at 75 minutes played... Surprisingly, Unibet still gave it 1.35 odds with only 15 minutes left to go, had to take the bait. Tomorrow is Croatia vs Turkey. Can Turkey win even with 2 of their players banned from the next game (too many yellow cards)? I don't think so personally. It'll be draw or Croatia wins. Then you lost all that money on that bet of yours. Err.. I don't think so. Unibet credited EUR270 to my account about 2 minutes after the match ended. There was no red card. And Joe did hit his bet too, Schweinsteiger did score the 1st goal of the game. So I'm not sure where you get your stats from.

Are you sure about that? I know you can retire from International footballl and still play at club level (like Jamie Carragher) and the coach can ask you to reconsider, but I don't think they can force you. I know FIFA has the 21 day ruling to stop clubs pulling their players out of Internationals but I've never heard of this other rule. Nope, sadly the coach has ultimate power and FIFA rules support national teams over professional clubs: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/footbal ... 291486.stm Pretty sick considering the guy already said he doesn't WANT to play in Euro tournaments anymore, he was forced into Euro2008 by Domenech.
-
Had to research into that claim.. And yep, it's true. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/foot ... 00471.html I can't believe this guy got picked as the coach of a such powerful team as FRANCE. Just goes to show what you get for not being realistic and relying on some 'outside force' to help you win, instead of hard work, proper strategy and skill. He also forced Makelele to play in Euro 2008 even though Makelele just said in 2006 it'd be his final Euro tournament. Sadly due to FIFA rules the coach has the power to draft him into the national team, or Makelele would be banned from playing professional soccer in his own club.

4chan mods & admins got pissed off finally. Mlbfan, I hope you read the message they just placed at the top of their site. Maybe that ought to drive some certain people off the site. They seem to be shutting down /b/ for good because of idiots posting 'memes' and stupid stuff.
-
Nasri must feel pretty bad too. Guy is young and only got to play for like 8-10 minutes for France after he was substituted on the field? Before he got switched off..
-
Haha, thanks for rubbing that loss in my face Bruno  Nevertheless... Could be making a tidy sum of that back with a nice 4x combo... So far going great, Italy & Holland win just as expected.. Now only thing left is draw or win for spain tomorrow, which should be pretty certain. Didn't think the Holland game was that boring, maybe a bit slow you're right, but especially the 2nd goal was very skillful. Italy game was MUCH more entertaining though (kept switching channels, stayed on Italy vs France about 80%), and tons of action even after the red card.

Keyword - "used" to be like that. The new users on that board have no idea about the kind of humor was really all about. The japanese original, 2chan, used to have similar entertaining dark humor and good pictures. 2chan used to be tightly moderated, now they've slipped up and allow pretty much any crap to be posted there, just like /b/. No, /b/ wasn't originally the junkyard of the internet where "you can post anything". The point was originality and real "random" humor/bizarre pictures and stories like Creepypasta.
-
No, I wouldn't. I don't see why I'd let anyone take my identity "just because".. Even if you loved the person at that moment. If they dump you or you dump them.. They could do immense damage to you. Think tip.it and how a person who had backdoor access, screwed over the entire board by deleting 3 months worth of posts just because he/she was pissed off at the staff (for kicking him/her out of the staff?) Maybe I'd give my passwords to someone in my immediate family, but it'd have to be a good reason. You can almost NEVER fully trust a person especially if he/she is not a part of your family, it takes a very special kind of human knowledge to be able to fully, 100% trust a person. Those people aren't as common as you'd think. But as a part of business, I do share bank passwords and code lists with multiple people. The arrangements have worked for years and nobody's getting screwed, it works 100% on trust & friendship, and the final deterrent is that the guy who embezzled anything would be pretty easy to find anyways. But foremost it does work on trust.

I think Holland/Romania is a pretty certain 1X, Holland wins or it's a draw. Holland has already won 2 games, 3-0 and 4-1, why would they LOSE to Romania? Italy-France seems like total coin-flip though. Maybe Italy will gain a slight advantage thanks to Buffon being the goalkeeper, we'll see. Afraid to place bets on that 1 though, two equally skilled teams battling it out, nobody has the clear advantage. If you wanna bet on tonight's stuff, I'd recommend Holland/Romania match. Italy-France is more suitable for pure entertainment because it will be so tight. Will be interesting

It's not real... Old MySpace/4chan forgery that has been copypasted over and over for provocation. That is the reason why democracy is better than communisim, because of people like you. It was a joke. As someone who confesses to use /b/ you should know that kind of humor (unless you're a part of the tribe of the infamous new___s)
