It just means they were risking a Warrior ring & lost it when they died. :P

Chaotic Kiteshield > Divine Spirit Shield?
The reason the Chaotic Kiteshield is good isn't because of its effect, it's because of its bonuses. With just the effect it averages a 4% Ranged damage reduction on Graardor (less on the minions as they max lower). For the Chaotic Kiteshield's effect to save more HP on average than the Elysian's, you'd have to be fighting a monster that only uses Ranged and maxes at least 700 (and can't be prayed against, of course).

There are people that don't melee or actually train Dungeoneering enough to be able to buy more than one item GaV. :P

PvP DKS Mass
If people want to crash, the more the merrier, just as long as they don't complain if they die. It is multi-combat PvP & don't forget about the DKS. Personally, I can't wait to see someone run in and try to crash while praying melee/range. :P

http://[Use Quick Find Code]/[Please Use QuickFind Code]?uid=42-43-810-61150544 Time: 7PM GMT Date: Sunday 20 June 2010 World: 86 Boss: Dagannoth Kings Event is just for fun, don't take anything you're not willing to lose. If you can come that would be great. :) If knowing what to take is stopping anyone, the gear below would work fine & is quite cheap (with a yak full of items :)), anything works though. Hope to see you there. :D

That's like saying I refuse to do combat so armour is useless.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
Torags + DFS + other tank gear Divine doesn't contribute to damage Vesta's bonuses arent THAT large I meant the all round owning of you rahter than just the damage. :P The point I was trying to make was that even with a whip or rapier, you'll hit very often in that gear. I completely agree. I would given the chaotic crossbow and staff a little more accuracy, but I think they're very balanced overall. back when staff was 15% dmg it was useless but now at 20% it has some use, however due to all the things sol can do i would add a few more side effects to make it usefull bow isnt that usefull, 10 accuracy can matter at arma solo but for anything else its dumb, my idea to make crossbow better would be to give the crossbow 10 range str, it would increase hitting a bit for all bolts and would make it more dmg than rune as it should be, would also be the first ever non ammo to give range str, which i think for at least a bow it should add dmg, not jsut accuracy The staff has always been +20%.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
That would be more the maxed stats, Vesta and Divine than the CLS. What were you wearing?

It's gear bonuses.

Chaotic Kiteshield > Divine Spirit Shield?
Anywhere that you rely on your inventory to heal Divine > Elysian you save more HP, anywhere that you don't need to rely on your inventory to heal, Rune Defender/Arcane/Unholy book > both of them as the attack bonuses will be more useful than the defence ones. If you need to rely on your inventory to survive without an Elysian or a Divine, but with an Elysian you don't (healing off Unicorn scrolls/Excalibur specials/Soul split/etc), Elysian > Divine as the extra HP saved by the Divine isn't needed and therefore the extra Prayer is useless. There are very few situations like this. Sometimes at duo or trio Armadyl an Elysian can be better than Divine, but, for the most part, a Divine is better.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
The problem with not using Turmoil/Overloads/etc is that in any situation where people will actually use the weapons (bosses or Training) they will be using Prayer and potions. If the longsword can outhit the rapier without pots/Prayer but the rapier outhits the longsword with, then there's no point getting the longsword (and visa versa).

TDs help
You might want to try getting higher Summoning for a Steel Titan, it will increase your kills/hour by a lot.

Hand Cannon
It can't be both fast and cheap. For fast methods you end up having to spend more gp, but to get it cheap you have to burn more logs making it slower. Also some reasons is because its a boring skill and a waste of time to get to 99 if you don't want too. 80-99 with Magic logs is 48M and takes under 25 hours, that's both fast and cheap. When I say there is no reason not to, I mean there is no reason not to get 99 instead of any other level. If you find Firemaking boring then you wouldn't get 90. Mirrorforced, I said there is no reason for the OP not to as they stated that they want to train Firemaking in order for their hand cannon to explode less often. Whether you want to or not is irrelevant. :P

58-61 Agility
Probably the Wilderness course.

Hand Cannon
99 because it's a very fast & cheap skill, there's no reason not to get 99.

Restoring familiars spec bar?
No, there isn't.
-
Spec wep for Nomad?
It depends on your stats, if you're 99 Attack & Strength with Extremes and Turmoil then claws, if you're 80 Attack & Strength and ranging and struggling to hit, BGS, Stat Hammer, Bone dagger, Darklight or any other Defence lowering special..

Restoring familiars spec bar?
Wait.

Chaotic Kiteshield > Divine Spirit Shield?
17-18-401-60773960 That topic doesn't have much info on the first page about the Chaotic at places like Bandos though. Assuming that there is an equal chance of it reducing 1% damage as there is it reducing 20%, you'd average 4% of the Graardor's Ranged damage reduced. The Chaotic is nowhere near as good as an Elysian or Divine, but because of it's stats it's the 3rd best shield for the majority of situations in RuneScape where Defence is required. The special effect is barely worth mentioning though. For example, for the Chaotic to be equal in terms of HP saving to the Elysian (ignoring their stat differences), you'd need to be fighting a monster that maxes at least 700 with Ranged, can't be prayed against and have no other monsters attacking you at that time. Does that mean Elysian's going back up? Only reason it crashed was Chaotic Shields tbh. Elysian were never worth their street price, so I'd be surprised to see them go back up to what they used to be, but no, the Chaotic won't replace the Elysian. The only problem is, a lot of people don't listen to reason and buy items regardless of whether there are better alternatives or not. There are still people who believe Ely > Div as "Div wrecks Prayer."

The death of making money by skilling.
The problem started with God Wars Dungeon, it turned everyone into millionnaires overnight. TDs & other bosses since then have followed suite, as well as the GE making merchanting much easier. The end result is that money is so undervalued that methods such as RCing double nats are now slow GP relative to the other ways in the game.

Chaotic Kiteshield > Divine Spirit Shield?
Dragonfire shields give +7 Strength. A Divine is one of the most useful items you can have for soloing bosses or PvP, the 30% damage reduction shouldn't be underestimated, not to mention that it also lets you work out what your opponent hits on you before they hit by looking at your Prayer, so you can stay much lower HP. Summoning is one of the most useful skills in the game, it's incredibly useful in both combat and non-combat situations. Ignoring it's benefits is nothing short of idiotic, and there is no reason not to train it.
