You can't hit 600+ with dragonstone (i) bolts through Prayer, even if the special activates. It's most likely what 3hit said about him turning on Prayer as he got attacked, as there's a slight delay. Regarding Prayer reducing damage, it always has, why else would people not bring food to monsters where they use Protect from Melee?

The new (not so much anymore) Chaotic staff is great too, the Knowledge Base is wrong, it gives +20% damage not +15%, enabling Ice Barrage to outhit Miasmic.

^And with a SoL it's much harder for people to KO you. Damage wise, a Chaotic staff would be best for the +20% (making Ice Barrage max higher than Miasmic does).

He's 90 Attack so pots to 114 with Overloads, that's the same as a Super Attack at 95.

Whether he had a hexcrest or not is irrelevant, kota21 said that Fire Surge hits 280 instead of Dart's 200, and Dart doesn't hit 200 without bonuses unless you're 100/99 Magic (in which case it would max 206 because of Jagex's Magic updates). Itam isn't 100 Magic (or has high enough Magic to pot to 100) and therefore won't be able to hit 200 with Dart without bonuses.

Dart only maxes 180 at his level (without boosts).

Soul split is great when your enemy is frozen and can't hit you, or if they're trying to run away from you while praying. :)

There's also David if you kill a monster much higher than you. :P

With regard to defence, you haven't mentioned the Elysian or Divine shields. While they give no magic attack bonus, their special effects make them amazing for PvP, regardless of what style you use.

If you have soul split then it + ee easily cover the damage.

I don't see any reason why canoes, the KBD and the mole shouldn't be F2P. While canoes are another subject altogether, they go right through the middle of F2P and would be an excellent addition to their limit methods of transport. It would also give woodcutting more of a use in F2P and a taste of the way different skills can be incorporated into multiple activities in P2P. Back on topic, if the KBD didn't drop dragon bones/hides on F2P and crushed nests were F2P and useless for F2Pers (like chocolate dust, only use is to sell to P2Pers), I can't see how there could be any problems. The only exception is nests with seeds in them, however that could easily be solved by only letting F2Pers trade moleskins/claws for ring nests, or even not at all. The lure of a F2P boss monster, and a possible D Med (or even Spear/Left half) would be enough to entice F2P into using the content regularly, even if moleskins/claws were useless for F2Pers. The KBD's drops would easily pay for their supplies too.

You could always make tuna potatoes for GWD, they heal 22 and only need 68 cook to make.

It definitely has. Now that RCers with 70+ make as much money as 82 rcers do with 2x astral, both nats and astrals will go down quite a bit. Maybe at lower slayer levels you should have a chance of hitting monsters then? Precisely. Suddenly being illuminated on how to kill an Abyssal Demon while having absolutely no clue before, after killing, say, 1 extra Dust Devil from your task is just as ridiculous as RC was before this. What should have been done with Slayer is that you could kill high-level Slayer monsters without having the necessary level, but it would take an awfully long time as you would only hit for example 1 in 30 attacks. Then as you improved Slayer the hit chance would increase... A few levels below the required level, half of the attacks you would have normally have hit if you had the level would instead hit 0. It would have been the most logical thing to do. Should I be able to mine rune at lower levels as well? What about fishing sharks and cutting magic trees? Why can't I attempt to cook a shark at 70 Cooking or weild an abyssal whip at 65 attack? Runescape doesn't work like that.

Has anyone killed the abberant spectre champion yet? I'm hoping that after killing the gnome Champion of Champions you might get a reward other than XP and a banner, after all you can't exactly take the gnome's place as you're not a gnome. :P

As long as PvP creates gp 76kers aren't ever going to stop. There is no way Jagex can make 76kers unable to operate and still let other players PvP with the current system. Think about BH and the Wilderness before PvP worlds ever came out, no matter the outcome of the battle, money left the game. Whether this was through someone eating food, drinking pots, or even wasting arrows, it didn't matter, pre-PvP worlds, PvP combat couldn't bring items into the game. Until Jagex realises their mistake and reverts to a more traditional PvP system 76kers aren't going to be stopped, no matter what anyone does.

God forbid higher levels should give an advantage. <_<
