I'm about 80% sure you can but don't take my word for it. EDIT: I think i remember assist can only be used for flatpacks... still not sure though. My 80% sureness would drop to about 50% so my opinion is kind of useless Sorry!

Yep - i've never had one either in 6 years of playing. I've killed hundreds if not thousands of dragon for various training/slayer purposes, plus over 200 kalphite queens with my friend and still nothing. You could call me the most unluckiest person ever, i went 100 level 3 clue scrolls without getting a single item worth over 100k. Guthix plate came on 101th :) My luck hasn't been that bad with barrows, averaging 1 in every 25 trips - but still nothing to give me a profit! Maybe i'll try DKing or GWD but never really bothered trying because my luck is so awful

My runecrafting experience isn't as vast as other peoples', but i can tell you that i started making a profit out of ZMI at level 50, if i didn't make a profit i certainly broke even. Wear dragonhide armour and range pray. Use a bull ant/spirit terrorbird/any abyssal familiar (or anything better if you have a good summoning level) and equip your scrolls, plus your full pouches. I always carry 2000 fire runes just for banking too.

That's a tough one. You could do alot of fishing and hunter, whilst doing some herb farming and maintaining a solid income on manage thy kindom. It depends how much you want back... Doing slayer nearly always generates an income and it will get higher the better your levels get. Whilst you do some skills that collect raw materials, you could maintain an offer in the grand exchange for some items and then resell as there is no point in long term investment with that sort of money. You could also try your luck with clue scrolls, you could even "farm" the low level ones until you get a half decent one or just try your luck on level 3s. Anyway - those are some ideas, if i lost that amount of money? I'd just go and whip some blue dragons, and collect hides and/or bones - At level 106 combat i could get 24 blue dragonhides per trip with 12 monkfish. The constant income from hides and bones would get some cash - plus clue scrolls would help a little too. And ofcourse, manage thy kingdom always wins :D Hope this gives you some ideas, sorry to hear about your loss.

Nope, maybe the best method for you if you are concerned about cost is to simply fire strike the fire wizard who is just south of fally. You will not hit the wizard at all and all your spells will splash which means you can afk for a bit/watch videos or dvds/browse forums or guides/play other games whilst your character does it You need about 850~ fire strikes to your desired level, and this can be acheived very fast. Wield a fire/air staff and but 850~ mind runes and either 1700 air runes or 2550 fire runes. This will cost a maximum of 25k Happy?

Nice guide! Appreciated the work on exp/hr and some of your suggestions. To be honest though, getting any level "the cheap" way would be to gather the raw materials yourself so didn't really get the title... I could make a post saying : Cooking...the cheap way! anf just tell people to catch their own fish ;) Good job anyway!

Tbh i haven't done any major skilling in ages! I was on f2p for quite a bit when i had no cash and did alot of it. - as you can see i never really took to hunter or construction much when i came back but will go for 60+ when i get my 70 slayer

I've had a long term goal over the last year or so for level 80 in all melee stats and 70 prayer. It's something that i've been working on for a little bit between other things, so i'm glad it's done now. So yeah it's not like a 99 or anything but i'm happy so please avoid flamey posts... 27th April 08 20th July 08 23th September 08 28th September 08 I wanted to get 80 Defence, 70 Prayer and 70 Slayer at the same time - but I realised that wasn't going to happen when i got 78 defence. So i'm stuck on 69 Slayer but my next goal is 70. Next goals after 70 Slayer are 60 Runecrafting and then level 60 in all remaining stats. To get my summoning level to 60 i will need more charms, so i will train range to do that and then hopefully to 80. Comment/Rate/Suggestions all welcome Thank you for reading

No joo!!!! Some of the tasks that you hate are among the best tasks ever in terms of loot, and even exp! Kalphites - If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. They are like the 2nd fastest slayer EXP if you cannon them. Go to the room with many level 85 soldiers. Metal Dragons - I agree that it can be annoying, but hey, at least the dragon drops are pretty common. Ankou - Dude, you're nuts if you hate this one. They have low defense, and they drop amazing loot in terms of runes! Black Demons - Wear prayer boosting gear like initiate, and bring a lot of prayer potions. Your drops should pay for the potions. Warped Beasts - Don't know much about them Before level 100 combat i could quite easily get through a task of 100+ black deamons with guthans... i never unstood why people didn't like them. Some people prayed and others used safespots but guthans worked fine for me. Kalphite soldiers i could easily do with some antis and a few monks too which was great exp! Just pick a not-so crowded world.
