  1. Think of how much time they are wasting for Law Enforcement to go out to somebodies house each time they get a suicide threat reported. Don't say that one life saved is all worth it, because the Police could have saved 10-20 lives in the amount of time they spent chasing 10 year olds who rage over a game.
  2. Instead of coloring the whips, Jagex should make 3-6 different weapons that have relatively the same stats as the whip however with slight advantages and disadvantages. That would make the game more interesting, and seem a little less like Indiana Jones without screwing with there OCD balance freak nature.
  3. FFS, I hate these stupid kiddie humor machinimas that the Runescape Population spits out. Yes, that is including most of you guys on TIF, who make crappy movies with Jokes only the Brain-dead Barnie Lovers would laugh at. I just hope this update didn't waste too much of Jagex' time.
  4. You just hit the mark for every update past, present and future. Jagex likes to balance all of their updates so one doesn't overpower the other, however what they fail to realize is that because games like Barbarian Assault and other content is not really all that fun to do, it makes that game or piece of content untouched by the community. The whole balancing act Jagex is attempting is really quite annoying. We haven't had a weapon OR armor worth fighting with since God Wars was released, and we haven't had a weapon worth training with since Slayer was brought out. If you ask me, it's quite pathetic how combat has been left behind for 2-5 years just because they don't want a weapon to overpower the other.
  5. Get an SGS instead of AGS.
  6. @sharksman3 Please refrain from using the word 'Kid' when describing a player in PVP context. :) Not everybody is a Kid. There is slightest possibility that the person you killed was, in fact a preteen, which consequently is neither 'Kid' nor 'Teen'. It's detrimental not observing these sorts of things. :P
  7. No need to quote the pictures. What am I going to do, quote his text; which, consequently, none of his text would be quotable for a congratulations. Or would you rather me randomly post a congratulations to a picture 2 pages back. ;)
  8. It better be a fishing guild rework, with a dungeon and boss that drops epic loot. Hopefully the new fish they are talking about is actually the boss monster concept artwork, instead of something new to catch because we don't need any more fish.
  9. Jagex Moderator only items...done.
  10. Okay well that's about all I need. Ha, I don't care much about cash but I'd rather not run out of prayer pots during a task. Thanks guys :)
  11. I've been wondering this for a while. Which protection prayers drain the quickest, curses or normal prayers. I want to know which one to use for slayer tasks.
  12. The point of mints are not because somebody needs a new currency. The reason people use mints is because they need a way to get rid of junk. It all boils down to the fact that the GE does not update enough for the street price of items, so people need junk to bring the value up. When you receive junk you need a way to get rid of it, and that is where Mints come in. They are woven into the whole rares market at the moment, and are buried deep within. You can't buy a partyhat without an Egg or mints, because when diving into the rares market you accumulate junk, thus requiring a way to get rid of junk which is mints or other such items.
  13. It all depends on what your computer can handle. If you want a downright amazing program, use Camtasia. If you want something that's moderate, however still pretty darn good use Frapps. Then there is Hypercam if you're looking for bad quality ha.
  14. I thought about it, but figured 69 extra HP from Rockfish, or 192 HP from Brews would be much more worthwhile. Although if anything, using vengeance every time he hits the 75 or 98 might be sort of useful. However, they just about even each other out. It would be worth a try though if you can't seem to do it any other way.
  15. @ stormveritas I've got the same stats as you, though less range and prayer. I beat it with dhide, whip and eating rocktails. I have 72 herblore and 75 prayer, and haven't unlocked the new prayer book. I died once using monkfish and once using rockfish. The boss is actually really really hard for anybody not maxed combat and even for maxed people. You just have to get really lucky, and not get hit too much. This is definitely a boss meant to be killed in one go. That is why you respawn right next to your grave, because it is expected of you to die a few times. I don't agree with anybody saying this boss is easy. I am actually quite surprised I even killed the guy.
  16. Wait, you can completely dodge the 75 hit?
  17. Not all quests have to have a storyline. I personally hate any quest that has mind numbing, boring dialog that tries to tell a story, and I know a few people that hate it just like me. Jagex did the right thing by actually making a quest with no storyline. I would rather more quests be like this. Just tell me what to do and what to kill and I will be happy to go do it. I would much rather a quest take place in a humongous dungeon with thousands of monsters and numerous bosses with no kiddy humor and stupid dialog, than the current quests we have now. The majority of every single quest we have at this moment are based around fetching 10 items for said NPC then teleporting 10 times to talk to the 10 other said NPC's, then running to the bank to gear up for a dungeon. You walk from a desired teleport location for about 20 minutes because all quest dungeons are miles from any known teleport. From the dungeon you teleport back to go bank because it turns out you need a hatchet. You get the hatchet and travel another 20 minutes to the dungeon again, only to find out what the NPC wanted is no longer here, so you have to teleport a few times. After banking a few more times, then rebanking, and leveling magic from teleporting so much, you then complete the quest in a record breaking 3 hours. Yes that is right, 3 hours of teleporting, walking, running and talking, however because the talking is all based around little kiddies playing this game, it would be more safe to call it 'Goo Goo Ga Ga'.
  18. Here you go. Use that sticky.
  19. Did I steal 5 minutes of your life with it? haha You stole them from me, but it was a nice use for 5 minutes L yes and +1 ~~~legoman187~~~ Haha  [/hide]You stole 5 minutes of my life, too, but I don't care. It was an awesome five minutes. :D I don't want to sound rude, but I don't think this thread is the place to hold conversations about a signature. I'm pretty sure there is already a thread made for signatures, and if anything the conversation going on is even more suitable for a PM. Sorry, it's just that I don't visit this thread to sift through one word conversations, like I'm reading through some friend's txt messages in his phone. On the off topic: Yes your signature was spiffy, and quite interesting.
  20. Nice Grammar. Use a period at the end of each Sentence. Point being, everybody is Human. :)
  21. [hide=SPOILER! BE WARNED] This worked for me, if it helps anybody else. [/hide]
