Looking at the new answers from the recent Content Team Q&A, it seems Ren is pretty close to the new skill. It's likely that he is completely right.

Jad isn't hard, it's the getting to him that makes it lame. I don't want to spend 2-3 hours doing the same thing in the same place over and over again just to finally get to Jad and end up dying. The fight caves is NOT a fun minigame however the fight with Jad is, and that is what makes me upset. I've tried getting to Jad once, and died at Jad that very time and I don't want to try again because of how long it takes. If there was an option to just fight Jad without going through the waves then I would do it. Although, lucky me I don't even have 93 slayer.

Not very long, the recharging fee needs to be lowered further. Last time i had a full set, it lasted about half the time my barrows armor did. 50% rune return is pretty OP... charging it isnt a problem if you actually enjoy FoG How is that OP? and it takes a while, you get fed up with it after so long. Yeah how exactly is it OP? That's like saying range is overpowered because you get around 3/4 of your arrows back. Or considering range and mage are usually tanked, that's like saying melee is overpowered because it doesn't cost anything. Honestly the Staff of Light should have been a 75% rune return to begin with. Then I'd actually think about using magic in PvM.

The very last scene has a punctual error. You used a Quotation Mark instead of an Apostrophe.

You would make more money without the Santas. Its GE value is not nearly as elastic as its Street value, so the only thing you would really be able to do is trade it for something else. With that said, you have little to no chance of trading any amount of Santas for an edible or a partyhat because people would rather have masks and they are too unstable on the street. You could always use them to get rid of a small amount of junk, but my philosophy is to never get junk in the first place.

Thats actually not that bad, it is probably staff speed but it can dish out some serious melee damage. But it's a staff. Why in the world did Jagex name it a staff, but make it a sword. It might as well be called Sword of Light.

How? SD laggs and it doesn't have anti alias. It's not as soft looking as HD, so it seems more realistic and detailed and less like a N64 game. HD to me looks like it's been put through a blurry filter even without Anti-Alias.

The new Standard Detail looks better than HD.

just because mint cakes are gone doesn't mean there cannot be a substitute for one. ;) hooks are doing fairly well. they're relatively expensive at 15-20m. Also, level 3 CS rewards like croziers and trimmed d'hide are all potential risings that "could" become the new mint cake since they fit the criteria as the cheap and hard-to-get risings. Well certainly some day there will be a new hot item, but as for now it seems like things are all muddled. Before the mint update there were constantly people selling/buying easters, but now it seems like no one really wants the eggs because there really isn't much activity with them. Maybe I'm just telling myself this because I'd like to be able to buy a parthat some day...lol.

It seems like eggs aren't doing too well. Until we get a new 'Mint' item that sticks out I don't think eggs are going to be sold as much. Maybe a miniature crash will happen soon, because I don't see near as many being traded. Then again, me saying this could start a crash because all this is is speculation.

I see no reason whatsoever for a Reset. Unless there is ever a technical disability, which requires a complete reset, I don't think we should lose any of our progress. I'll most likely end up quitting. The only way I would stay and continue to play is if Beta testers actually got something useful, and no I don't mean Jcreds. Jagex bribing us with Jcredits is outrageous. The store is already quite twisted, considering the price of the items. The fact that you can't use in game gold in the store is lame. I'd keep playing if Beta Testers were given something like a special Legend that has godly stats or something like that. I want to start again after the beta, I need the hole of the Golden Horde to start again after beta because I currently play on another server, but want to join the GH after the beta has finished. I don't agree with people who only play the beta's expecting something, you should have realised that from the start you'd walk away with nothing giving us anything is nice of them I'd be happy with the JCredits, you've just got to play a game before it's release date you've got the best gift ever.. Insight into the game. Actually, I completely and fully expected when I first started WoL to play the game without any resets. That is because Jagex flat out told us that there would be no resets when the beta is over, and told us that numerous times. I still don't believe there will be any resets.

I'm still waiting for somebody to actually attack me, or at least spy on me. Chances are my Watchtower will kill there spies anyways considering the level of the tower, and if they ever do decide to try and attack they would be sent back home because my Ramparts are nifty as well. All in all, I've got no worries posting my pictures on Tif. Oh yeah, and because of my warehouses, they would most likely leave empty handed if they did end up killing me. Maybe I'm just bored of not having somebody to fight. Although, yeah I'd give a warning to most people. Don't post your coods if you are worried of a fight :)

The Behind The Scenes, when Jagex would NEVER miss an update and would never intentionally skip a whole weeks update. Also back when new combat items actually came out, such as how for a few years we got items like the Dragon scimitar, Whip, Godswords, etc. Now we've been without useful combat items for years.

I say no. The whole idea of the boss and monsters is to be range specific only. It's one of the few monster types that Melee cannot be used. As of right now, the game should be renamed 'WhipScape', because the only combat style ever used is melee rather than Mage or Range, and the weapon mainly used is a whip. I'd like to see more monsters like this.

I bought an Arcane, Max on the GE in the morning. It wasn't automatic but I got it nonetheless. I'm attempting to get a Spectral, though no luck yet. I'd say it would be worth a try :)

Every time you do it, you deduct 30k gold from the alliance. That means if you donate 30k gold, then do the task, the alliance gains nothing however you gain 5 horns and lose 30k gold. Yes it is a useless task, and do not do it.

Isn't lower Runes prices a better thing. Shouldn't it be Jagex' goal to bring combat runes prices down enough so that magic is actually worthwhile in PvM?
