  1. thanks im gonna try it as soon as i find a blank disk
  2. ok so my dad's a teacher and his school had 30 laptops.. but the last week of school someone stole something like 22 laptops (my dad had yet to hand his in). and the school decided that they are just going to buy new ones and teachers who still didnt hand in their laptops can keep them if they wish. so my dad decides to keep his, but the admin has it locked down. using my basic "skills" i can get into command prompt but nearly everything in it is blocked. how can i completely reset or gain control of the system? i can't install new programs but it allows programs to be run off of a usb drive.
  3. gold ore into bracelets
  4. "guide" doesn't make any sense. the magic bonus for your uber pwnage outfit is less than half the bonus for the first outfit you gave and involves changing an extra piece of clothing, not to mention it gives less defense in everything besides mage
  5. well i just sold my d scim for 140k yesterday, i guess that's a win?. these effigies seem very mysterious
  6. yeah i was actually viewing some summoning tank videos last night. they all seemed to be 40-45 defense (and owned btw) good luck! ^ ps: sig worthy fletching rank
  7. *looks at stats, laughs* on topic: i think your better of turning it into a summoning tank than an summoning obby pure. what maxed combat level would you be looking at?
  8. ok there just must have been no drop for all the times that he killd the guy no.. it just means he did more damage than you. i was once told that the chance of getting nothing from a level 149 in thzaar is 5%.
  9. Farming snaps is a rate of 2.7m/hr for me (that's with scroll of life and using fastest methods and routes). I doubt you could get much higher without overloads/steel titan. could you please explain your post in greater detail? You should be able to harvest roughly about 67 patches/hr at top speed, with 20% of those patches being My Arm's disease-free patch with a higher average yield. To make 2.7m/hr you should therefore need to average about 40k gp/seed, which with a scroll of life seems perfectly plausible. Exactly, and the fastest route is outlined in my Farming guide, just btw. And while yes, you can't actually harvest 67 herb patches an hour, you CAN harvest 67 in an hour's worth of time. For your purposes, they are the same thing. And note that I farm cactus spines (w/o replanting) and limpwurts (w/ replanting). Every 10 runs they add another 300-400k depending on my luck and on prices. makes perfect sense. i figured you may have been excluding growing time (only because i've viewed your farming guide before). thanks for the clarification

  12. basically: if your planning on doing a lot of combat, get the rapier if your planning on doing a lot of farming, get the scroll of life if your planning on doing a lot of PP, get the totem if your planning on doing a lot of coal mining/smithing, get the coal bag otherwise, keep your points and wait until batch 2.
  13. finishing blow doesn.t determine who gets the kill, its who does more damage. cmiiw, i'm pretty sure "last hit" only makes a difference when killing slayer monsters. edit: i'm usually one of those people who steals kills. why? because the strongest players who have no-lifed for the longest time deserve priority over others in MMO's. it becomes more of a competition for loot than anything
  14. run some ccleaner and defrag

you sir are perhaps the worst ranter i have ever had the displeasure of reading in my runescape career. please contain your rage on the RSOF.
  16. my apologies i assumed that it was a key part of the story line of the majarahat quests, considering zaros was not even majorly included in the game until these quests, besides the desert treasure sub-quest.
  17. just wondering if your sig is legal considering it contains spoilers about a quest that i have not yet completed?
  18. don't mean to contradict but i always thought it was 45% in pvp -.-
  19. oh hey. i didn't realize the thread was thriving for so long in my absence. i'd just like to note that in one of my latest threads i averaged 12.6 ranarrs in 50 seeds due to the scroll of life (obviously there is reason for skepticism). later today if ranarrs buy again i will do more accurate testing and report my results.
  20. since i've started summer training already i feel like i need to get a few opinions on something that has been bothering me for quite awhile. i'll try to explain as best i can: when i walk or run, my left foot is perfectly straight during each step or stride. my right foot, however is at a slight/moderate outward angle. i first noticed this freshman track season and i thought that perhaps it was natural just because i'm a righty or because my form was bad, i had no muscle, and i ran inefficiently. well, now its really starting to bother me because as i become stronger and more efficient i have become much more aware of this problem. and its not just my foot. my entire leg seems to have adjusted to this outward angle (kind of weird). first i laid down with both legs in front of me. my left knee was sticking perfectly straight up, and with it- the left foot was pointing straight up. when my right knee is facing straight up, the foot is at the outward angle. to get the foot straight, i have to twist my knee inward and it actually feels as if i'm pulling a muscle a little too much in the process. the next test i did was standing on one leg. to go from standing on two legs to standing on my left leg, i barely shift my weight at all and stand perfectly erect. however with my right leg if i stand with the foot straight my weight shifts to the area between my (wagon) and my hip (there is a slight pain there after lunges and squats aswell). if i stand with the foot at where it wants to be, although my weight is easily supported a still feel pressure in my legs and that hip/wagon area. as i get more serious about running i'm wondering if this is actually a serious problem and if i should consider going to a physical therapist or a running specialist? its really been on my mind and although it doesn't impede my running too much, as i get into a better lifting program i'm feeling unbalanced and very inefficient on this leg. tell me what you guys think.
  21. while they are both good times, i echo george's statement in that there are girls in pennsylvania who run high 11's for the 100. however that 400 would have had you in the top 4 in my district. wish i could run the 400 that fast.
  22. If your implication is that each seed effectively gives on average of of a seed back, then it is erroneous, since in planting the recovered seeds you incur the opportunity cost of selling them. no, my implication is that according to the percentiles if i start with 1000 and go til the end til i can't plant anymore i'll have effectively planted 1111 seeds.

your problem is defense. im 80 defense, with steel skin and excalibur spec (occasionally in tank gear) clawers have a very hard time hitting me unless theyre 85+ attack. however those with arma godswords can get cheap hits with only the miniumu, 75 attack.

imo runescape is just a cluster[bleep] of technical problems and lag right now. they still havent fixed the immense lag from dungeoneering.. i actually have to go to worlds that have the lowest ping now -.-
