Call of Duty: World at War
I'm not a fan of MP40 whoring, but the MP40 with box ammo, Juggernaught, bouncing betties and steady aim is great for owning everyone.

PS3 Wii or 360 !!!!!!
The Wii is more of a family friendly console (yes i know it has titles like Resident Evil, which I own both of, and the godfather etc, even though nintendo is trying to lose it's childish console status). It's a decent all-rounder, but nothing to shout about. The PS3 is based on raw power, as well as being one of the cheapest Blue Ray players (much like the PS2 was with the DVD when it launched). Graphics are good, hardcore gamers like it (Thought a lot prefer the Xbox) and would have a massive catalogue of games is Sony actually allowed the PS3 to run PS1 and PS2 games. It's a hefty console, with a lot of firepower, and best suited to the hardcore gamers. The Xbox 360 is like the Wii (Though without the Family orientated status). It has a lot of power, It has a great online system etc. But also has the most hardware faults (major ones at that. Though Microsoft are being good by extending warranties and repairing these faults for free). The Xbox really boils down to great games, and most importantly, the best online system (e.g. COD4. Though I suppose some people are put off by the fact that you have to pay to play online, after the 1 month free, unlike the Wii and PS3). So, I would say that the Xbox 360 is a better console than the Wii and the PS3 (no, I'm not an Xbox 360 fanboy, I own a Wii).

for £100k would you let your parents...
For £100,000, I would definitely let my parents look at everything I've ever done/said on the internet. Nowadays, your parents sort of expect you to watch porn. If I'm perfectly honest, my parents probably wouldn't even be shocked at what I've said/done/looked at on the internet. I'd let them look for £10k.

Sniping on the Wii = Easy and fun. Everything else = Frustrating. Jus thought I'd add that dual analogs are much easier when your sensor bar/Wii remote is/are playing up >:(

3 More Achievement Capes (Fish, Farm, Quest)
This earns you 10/10 by itself. Why. It's not even a sentence. 11\10 for achievements. Good luck! Because a lot of people have the idea that Money is better than skills. It's good to see that someone (although I know quite a lot of people on tip it share his view) realises that it is infact the opposite.

Price Manipulation
True, but at the same time it's somehow smarter. If 1 person buys an item, it will go up x gp, if 2 people buy it, your looking at 2x, if 100 people buy it, theoretically it could be 100x. in reality it doesn't work like that, it stack up in a compund rate to indices to quite a few decimal places. Please don't read the method if you have'nt got a head for maths. Your face will explode. [hide=Maths geek.]Something like y*(number of days^7/6) = Ans1 Ans1^0.025 = Ans2 Ans2*1000 = Increase (Final answer) So, bunyip pouch starting at 1k... = 1000*5^7/6 = 6538.30243 ^0.025 = 1.245623018 *1000= 1245.623018 increase; Which means the price after 5 days should be ~2246gp/pouch Sorry for being a maths geek. :-# In fact, in reality it doesn't work like this, as there are millions of variables to factor in and the conditions are impossible in the circumstances of Ruenscape.[/hide] Basicly: after 5 days, you can expect a doubling in price at the least if 100 people (with unlimited money) completely exhaust an item with 100% demand and 0% supply which cannot be re-sold. In reality, you'd be VERY VERY VERY lucky to see this. I demand exceeds supply, the item will raise a maximum of 5% per G.E update.

Sims 3
After a while of playing the sims normally, I have to admit that I made fire buyable in the catalogue, then picked up random NPCs, shoved them into a boxed off room and set them on fire. Was funny.

Call of Duty: World at War
You must be put into teams with some knowledgable glitchers then. The people I get don't even know about the jump and grab onto the rock on the Imperial side of cliffside, which is one of the easiest glitches in the game.

Price Manipulation
The vast majority of things cannot be effectively price manipulated in runescape (not in the long run, anyway). Price manipulation works for those items that cannot easily be produced in response to increased demand. (For you economists, the term is "inelasticity of supply.") For most things in runescape, if someone tries to drive up the price by buying it out, then people will be induced by the higher price to produce more of it, thus driving the price back down. That's why rares can be price manipulated. When the price is driven up, there's no way to produce more. The price just keeps going up. Somebody may be trying to manipulate bunyip pouches, but I think it's just as likely that people are stocking up in anticipation of major training this summer. Things like super set and bunyip pouches will be in great demand. I don't blame the merchers for price manipulation -- I blame the ge. Jagex set up a system to control the market, but the market cannot be controlled. Any system can be gamed, and the merchers are doing what always will be done (particularly in a game) -- they're gaming the system. But don't blame merchers every time something gets bought out -- sometimes things are simply in high demand. Remember, only things for which supply is relatively inelastic (e.g., rares, treasure trail items and uncommon drops) can be price manipulated in the long run. If I see that some fool is trying to price manipulate something that I can make any time I want, I'll produce all that I can of it and sell it to him all the way up the price climb. In fact, I'm gonna take a look at bunyip pouches right now -- might be time for some profit. I do realise that the proximity to summer would indicate the need to stock up on useful items, but the demand for bunyip pouches went up for a week (or two), then declined greatly (I was able to buy my pouches for lowest, a common indicator on more valuable items that have been dumped). Anyway, supplies, armour and weapons all increase at the start of Summer, and decline at the end, when people mass sell their items, so your theory may prove to be correct.

Call of Duty: World at War
Yeah I know. The wii is underpowered compared to other consoles (and todays standards), but I still think that they released a game with many game breaking things (glitches, overpowered and underpowered weapons), and made maps that are dominated by certain weapon types (across all formats)

The Wii suits my needs better than a PS3 or Xbox 360. Besides, My brother has an Xbox 360.- Call of Duty: World at War
I hope that COD6 (MW2) comes to Wii. Though it's doubtful. Seriously, at least Inifinity Ward can get the balance of weapons right. For instance, On almost every map, you will get MP40 [bleep], or snipers using glitches (as described by RayOxide in posts above). I find it so pointless using weapons like the MP44, since everytime I get a decent kill streak (without camping), a noob will come up and fire 2-3 shots at me from an MP40, and I'll die. Even with Juggernaught (I hate using it, but it's the only way to last longer against MP40ers).- Price Manipulation
Bunyips got bought out 1-2 weeks ago, and they're being bought out again (I think they did anyway. Unless a single merchanter decided to buy out the entire market of bunyip pouches). So I decided to hop onto the bandwagon and buy 260 bunyip pouches. gonna sell when they reach 3k-3.5k.- Games Franchises that Should Give Up
Yeah, I made some sweeping generalisations, but the usual end result in crap. However, some movies based on games e.g. Tomb Raider (though they weren't actually based on games, but rather just a different storyline created for the movie which is based on a games series), can make good money.- Games Franchises that Should Give Up
They should make it illegal to develop games based on Movies, and Movies based on Games (for instance, Take Uwe Boll's efforts as a warning).- Mother gives birth to a baby with Anencephaly.
My initial idea would be to euthanize it (kill is such a nasty word). Since it can't actually do anything (it can breath and reacts to touch etc, but it will never be able to gain any sense of a 'normal life' as we would call it). However, I am not for killing people just because they have mental defects/physical defects. I only adopt this opinion on this case because the baby will never be able to perform any functions that we would consider normal. But, it is not suffering, as it cannot feel pain, and it also has no consent in anything (and never will), which is why I also agree with the mother.- worst pain ever inflicted on you
I never really notice the pain from anything I've done. The worst accident thats probably happened to me is when I decided it'd be fun to cycle down a narrow path (on my pushbike). There was a ditch in the middle down the whole thing where the flood had washed it away. So I'm cycling down this path at 25mph (yeah, really clever), and decided I want to get onto the other side, so I cross over, but my wheel slips when getting up to the other side, suffice to say, it took less than a second for my face to have some intimacy with some brambles. I had a large Graze type cut about my left eye, a long cut running from my right eye down to my nose, and a lot of cuts below my lip. I still have the scars from the cuts below my lip, but otherwise it's healed nicely. Luckily I was with a friend at the time (who more sensibly took the path at a slower speed), who saw the crash, and brought me back to my senses (straight after the crash I didn't know where I was for a few seconds, if he hadn't called out my name I probably wouldn't have known what had happened for much longer), so I cycled home to clean the cut above my left eye. Surprisingly (for myself anyway), I didn't break my nose or feel any pain (except for my face hitting the ground, which was more like pressure than actual pain).- Photography Thread II
