03-Mar-10 Changes to HP Skill, Shattered Heart, RuneScape Lobby/Login Changes, Success at Smelting Iron
Pretty sure you won't be able to do that, it will just take the old hits and multiply them by 10, so you can only hit in intervals of 10, not 1. Actually you can do that.

02-Mar-2010 - Cheating and Exploits
That Jagex-auto-response-bot don't care about attitude. It's been said so many times in the past, I didn't know anyone still believed this. Jagex Mods read every appeal that they get. But due to the sheer volume of appeals, they can't take the time to write up a 200 word desription of why you're banned. So they use premade templates that they copy-paste onto the appeal and change it slightly if needed. Lol, wow. Jagex do use auto respond bots, that's obvious from the sheer number of successful appeals where the appeals are filled with nothing but profanity.

Scheduled Downtime with Next System Update
It'll probably be a small update. Jagex are probably just seeing how this goes before implementing it to all system updates.

To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if someone gets seriously hurt in real life as a result of this. #4 must be feeling some serious rage right about now.

137 Waterfiends.
Since you obviously haven't been before why are you giving advice on them? I've been there tons of times, and I've never used a mace or whip, so I couldn not tell which is the best. I do think, that at high attack, and on slayer task, a whip is better though. I've seen a lvl 138 with 99 slayer using a whip, and he was hitting fairly well. The guy who's asking is 83 attack.

Question: Least-Admirable Skill Cape
How are you gonna 3 hit someone with your noob stats? Go train before you talk trash about skillers. Because your stats are so pro? *sigh* Why does everyone always have to start fighting over stupid things when there's a disagreement? Did i ever say or imply that my stats were pro? I think not. I really dont see how 88 Range is going to 3 hit kill me, i have lots of accounts with more then 88 Range. He didn't actually say your name specifically though. Yeh but i think most of us here have much higher defence than me He said people with only cook/fletch capes. I don't think it's unfair for me to say the majority of the owners of these capes are low leveled mains, i.e easy ko's. Yes but i have untrimmed fletching cape and 83 defence, so he should have looked at my sig before posting =] You're the exception, not the rule.

Long Term Effects of "Exp Weekend"
If this wasn't just a BS reason, it's fair to say the new skill is going to have a massive impact on runescape, more than any of the other skills (when they first came out).

Ice strykerwyrms and the removal of the Fire cape requirement
Jagex should give everyone a fire cape. Afterall, why should someones disabilities stop them from having one of the best capes in the game?

New Skill Research - Roleplaying / Dungeon Master?
Ill admit i was sceptic at first but from the Content Team Q&A i have little doubts about this being the basis of the new skill. Some technical things like how the dungeon thing will work or the name are debatable but the basic design is settled in my opinionYup i agree Ren nailed it. How its put together as a skill will be interesting and what we have to do wether its team work or solo. I guess just the details are missing. <3 love how everyone is giving me credit for this!! thanks.... Anyways... I had long ago before this post was made (i think) said that the new skill would be exploration. something related to what has been said before, except i didn't have any knowledge of all this crap. and the best part is that i'm pretty sure it doesn't conflict with anything the mods said! here, let me justify my post. pick apart it later please, as this is what I said before all this info was read. Exploration, as the new skill, could open up many new areas. Think of how the Kharazi Jungle is, where you have to chop through trees and whatnot. Imagine having to do tasks or stuff like that, using your other skills to get through objectives to unlock an area that would possibly open up new dungeons, item shops, new npcs, new resources and resource locations, new quests, the list goes on. Anything you can think of could be unlocked using Exploration. Anything could be used in Exploration. The experience and leveling could work either by percentage of the "world" (saying that its added areas of the rs map) being discovered, which could conflict with th 13034431 exp thing unless there was some strange math to it, which wouldn't be all that hard anyways. Or it could be based on objective and objective type. New tools, items, npcs, summoning creatures, everything and anything could be added to runescape to assist/be used in Exploration. Tasks/objectives could be chosen based on your skill total, skill levels, combat levels, certain skills and their level, almost anything. Either selectively one, or any and all of them at random. There could be new disease-type splats or something based on where you go, the environments you encounter. I'll repost and/or edit this later if I feel like I missed anything..keep your minds open for this new skill please. Exploration would be hella lame..And the worst thing is it would actually make sense for the new skill to be exploration.

Item Duping
They disabled alot of accounts while they checked which ones had abused the glitch. The ones who hadn't were reimbursed.

The New skill thread
My first response was that would be lame but now as I think about it that kinda makes sense. And it would be something fun to do with friends. It's completely different from anything in RS and it could've been a new game (like they originally said it was intended to be). Idoubt this is it. Instanced areas aren't new and never before seen, theres some in rs already let alone other games. It doesn't sound like a skill. Skills are something you can do as a person, something you can train and work with. A random generated quest thing while it would be fun wouldn't be a skill, it'd require other skills True, it's been used in alot of games. But jagex could easily add some kind of new element to it. But jagex didnt say partly new. They said entirely new never seen before. And as I detailed originally it doesn't fit as a skill. It's not an ability you (your character) can learn to do. It just seems more like a mini-game. Well it wouldn't fit in with the current skills, lol. It's completely different (whatever it turns out to be). And it would depend on what the new element is. It's not like Jagex would specify how new new is for fear of giving away hints.
