There should definately be a FTP boss monster. The drops should be like rune items, making it so that there's not much point in killing it in PTP but worth killing it in FTP.

The only weapon that improved is darklight. that thing looks beast now. The rest, they didn't really get worse or better it was a pretty unnecessary update. Except for dragon scim, that thing looks ridiculous now.

Only on slayer monster, it would be OP if you get the 15% against other monsters. I can't really see how you can be OP against monsters but thanks for the info.

I don't think that's right. You can't use Zuriel's staff while using Staff of Light, so you're capped at +31% (Wolpertinger for +7 (21%) and Staff of Light for 10%). 32 * 1.31 yields 41.92. Since the % bonus rounds up damage (tested it before) that makes Miasmic Barrage max at 42. Also, the Stone of Jas gives up to +180 magic levels which is 540% damage buff. With Ice Barrage you'll get 555% of 30 and with Miasmic Barrage, 550% of 32. That means you can max 167 with Ice Barrage or 176 with Miasmic Barrage on a Tormented Demon. Fun stuff. Staff of light is +15%.

There is no new quest. The quest needed. You don't need the quest, that's only for the level-93 slayer ones. Lol, this quote chain makes no sense. First of all, there is no new quest. The new ITEMS have no quest requirements but the ICE STRYKEWYRMS require Tale of the Muspah to be reached. Who said there was a new quest and who said the items had a quest requirement?
