Why is it P2P'ers continue to declare that "F2P is a demo"? If you took all, and I mean *all*, of the member's content out of the game it would stand on it's own and still be great. Despite what you might think, Jagex's official stance is that P2P is merely an expansion. If you took all of PTP out the game would be dead. If you took FTP out nobody would really care (except the members who like FTP pking/clan wars and the people who can't afford PTP). The only use of FTP is to give players a taste of runescape before they purchase the full game and that's the only part of FTP that would be missed if FTP was taken out. And what of the suggestion to give F2P larger, "boss", monsters? This isn't just about whether or not F2P should have Dragon Meds, it's about adding new content to the free game without expending time and money developing entirely new creatures or items. Personally, I think it's a great idea. F2P combat has been stagnating for a while now and is in serious need of updating (although, admittedly, the Strongholds of Security and Safety were excellent additions). I definately agree with the new FTP bosses and they should definately happen (I'm a little surprised they haven't allready). I don't think FTP should get hand me down bosses from PTP like kbd but rather it's own unique boss/es.

No offence, but this J-Mod in question happens to be the CEO of the company. If he don't consider it a Demo, I reckon we can assume that is the policy of the company aswell. And if anything, P2P would be considered an expansion pack considering the history of the game. I was hoping for something more constructive and less stereotypical to be posted... Actually look at the game and you can see FTP is nothing more than a demo. PTP is clearly so much more than an expansion pack, it's the whole game. Hi, have you played runescape before? Mains are the ones who constantly PJ, pray, tele and just run. The majority of pures are in Honour clans which would kick them if they did the things you mentioned and if you scroll through pking based threads on Tip.it you'll see the mains constantly crying about pkers having honour and how they get called names when they rush people while praying and other crap like that. I'm going to assume you meant to say main where you said pure. It's a new weapon. What do you expect people to say, honestly? If you looked at the specials of the Godswords when they just came out you'd probably say they unbalanced the combat system as well. Until the weapon has actually become a part of pking you can't take people's opinions seriously. Extreme and overload pots had nothing to do with pkers. I don't think you even understand why Jagex took them out. It wasn't fair for some people to have more power with no notification of it. It was either take the pots out or put a special symbol above a players head when they used extreme pots.

The only time I do that is if I've already determined I dislike the person, they've already done it to me, or if they're a friend and we're joking around. So when it's a stranger I nearly always just say gratz.

How far above the req level do you have to be to get a larger quantity of herbs per patch? Is it every 10 levels?

If you had high defence, you wouldn't need to use as much food in training spots, and in some cases you don't even need it. That's why people training at giant spiders have a high defence level. There's no clear evidence that Guthix is weaker than the Elder Gods. However, considering they have the power to create planes, while Guthix does not, it's fairly possible they're stronger, or even a lot stronger. Your theory is also a possiblity, perhaps they can only create planes when they're together, and apart are very weak. There's nothing flawed with that theory but for some reason the first one fits better in my head. Does it actually say Guthix can't create planes or did it just say he can one shape ones? I don't think it's ever been revealed if he can or can't, just that he didn't create this one.
