This annoys me too but the majority of the time it takes 3 - 5 hits to kill someone my level in a no armour match so I don't care if they safe/run. If they safe that's just more time I get to hit them without being hit. I highly doubt you've pked (efficiently) before. If you're safing that much you'll never get any kills. The only reason I don't safe is so I can hit them instead of eating. Sometimes I eat when I'm in ko range and sometimes I risk it and don't. That usually pays off by letting me get them within ko range which makes them eat while I keep hitting them, even though I'm also in ko range. Then I eat once I hit a 0 (depending on what their hp bar looks like).

I got 99 strength on the spiders in SOS pretty quickly.

You mean like the pvp weapons and armour? Nearly all of them are pointless to use outside of PVP.

^this^ There is absolutely no reason that you should be able to potentially loot millions for killing a player risking only 76k. Talk about a massive influx of gp into the game and thus inflation. PvP started out as a zero sum game where a person only looted what the other person was wearing and lost. The problem with the old system was that people were using it to RWT so Jagex had to change it. The problem was that they changed it to the current system where you could loot more than what the other person was wearing. The current system is flawed because its so easily to manipulate and too many people are 76k tricking. The best solution to this is making so you can only loot the value that your opponent is carrying. Jagex don't really care about 76kers, because they aren't doing RWT.
