It's the first forum the majority of new players (who have an average age of around 13) will find. Common sense dictates that RSOF will be of a low quality as a result of this.

As others have already said range void is totally worth getting. I very rarely use my zerker pure now but I don't regret the time I spent getting void armour at all.

You just have to be careful these days. There are hundreds of people who want to be player mod's and so they will report you for the tiniest thing. There was one person who posted a screenshot a while ago of how he got a black mark for saying something along the lines of 'I bought 200k worth of gold' when he was smelting.

Two incredibly important questions: 1. How long was your trip? 2. Is this drop rate typical? I have heard numerous testimonials saying that roach workers are better than soldiers. Personal experience also backs that up; though that's not a good argument considering that melee stats in the upper 60s are basically required to kill soldiers effectively. My f2p friend got lonely so I went and did lootshare there with him, so there was two of us, I happened to get all 3 rune scimitars that dropped, we spent about half an hour to 45 minutes there. When my main was f2p I would average 2 rune scims every half hour (99 att,def, and str though).

The thing is, even if [bleep]e was real, it doesn't mean all the accounts of seeing him are true. I wouldn't put it past some people on the RSOF to hear about it and then just falsify a sighting.
