  1. Congratulations! Funnily enough, that's the one scroll I need in order to defeat all of the Champions. :P
  2. Ahh, 'my apologies. I can only think that I simply wasn't thinking at the time. :P Map is fixed, and I've credited you in the CW guide, if that's alright.
  3. Thanks, you two. :) I've added the information to the Agility Pyramid section, and you've both been credited.
  4. Thanks for the tip! I've added the following to the Tips & Tricks section of the quest guide: That should be of help to quite a few questers. :) Anyway, you've been credited for your submission - thanks!
  5. Yeah, I learned this the hard way, unfortunately; I reset my puzzle after seeing that I'd need to imbue another bar, and ended up having to redo everything. Anyway, 'removed the reference to restarting the puzzle again, and mentioned the fact that you just need to recharge the pillar in order for it to work. I also credited you, by the way. Cheers. :)
  6. Nah, I know what he means; when I did the quest, I kept running around the courtyard looking for him (he leans against the southern wall and can be hard to pick out). I've gone ahead and added a small image to the quest guide, so I believe everything should be taken care of. :) Thanks, and let us know if you have anything else to add.
  7. The first war today had a surprising outcome; it would seem that the Judges have won! :) Of course, the official results are not in yet (still to be confirmed by Jagex). Anyway, 'my thanks to anyone who came to this war, and I hope to see you in those following over the next couple days. I expected something similar, to tell the truth, but there was virtually no crashing today (that I saw, at least). Perhaps it has something to do with the battlefield being single-combat? Hmm.
  8. This weekend, the Triumvirate will be hosting a series of PvP World events pitting the Lords, Judges, and Reavers factions against one another in a battle for supremacy. Everyone is welcome to join in the fray, so I've come to offer an invitation to anyone interested. :) The more the merrier, so clans as well as individuals are encouraged to attend. I apologise in advance for the rather short notice, by the way, but the Community Management Jmods in charge of organising the event have only just now announced it. Anyway, the relevant information on this Triumvirate Challenge can be found in this RSOF sticky. [hide=Realm vs Realm!] [/hide] Here are the times and conditions: So, if anyone is at all interested, please feel free to attend! If you need an incentive, many of the Triumvirate members are inexperienced in PvP, so I imagine there will be plenty of "easy 76ks" to go around. It promises to be an amusing event, at the very least, so don't hesitate to show up for a battle or two should you be available. :P (As a loyal member of the Judges, I would prefer that you come to support my faction, but that's entirely up to you.) See ya' there!
  9. You aren't being "snubbed" or anything, if that's what you're implying. Replies don't necessarily mean anything. Anyway, I will be looking into all of the newish threads in this subforum later today (have to get ready for an eye appointment in a few hours). Your suggestion would require a significant change to the quest guide, so don't be peeved if it doesn't get looked at first. We greatly appreciate the submission, but, for larger ones such as yours, we need more time to consider the best way to implement it.
  10. It is briefly mentioned in the "Features of Interest": Perhaps you missed it? At any rate, I agree that the information should probably be more prominent; I'll see what I can do about it.
  11. Eh, all the WBMs and overzealous roleplayers who've come out of the woodwork have started to make this a bit unappealing. I hope the Jmods intending to run the different organisations can actually get them under control when the time comes to start participating in events.
  12. This sounds fairly impressive; I'm excited to see what will come of it. :D I'll be joining the "Judges", by the way. ------------- EDIT: It's actually quite funny to see everyone on the RSOF scramble to exert themselves in their respective organisations, heh.
  13. Linking to TV Tropes, eh? :shame: And yeah, Zanaris is absolutely beautiful now, and FTP3 was quite an interesting quest. 'Nice entry, by the way.
  14. 'Looks like everything's been done here, so I'll be locking this. Thanks for the suggestions!
  15. 'Just dropping by to say that the Zanaris map is no longer outdated. Cheers. :)
  16. The changes were made, and you've been credited, so I'll be locking this topic. Thanks for your help. :)
  17. I use IRC occasionally, but I'm generally pretty quiet in the few channels I actually join. I'm also not very knowledgeable in using it, unfortunately, so that's definitely another reason why I'm not so active on IRC. /stupid
  18. I actually watched a friend complete this quest a couple weeks ago, since I was interested in seeing the updated version of General Khazard. At any rate, I can confirm what you've said, so I went ahead and added an extra step to the guide in light of this. It's short, but I hope it's satisfactory. Thanks for the tip off; you've been credited accordingly.
  19. Mhm, a Tricorn hat can serve as a substitute for a Sailor's hat. It's interesting that Jagex allowed for that, heh. I've added a note in the guide stating as much, so that should take care of it. I've also credited you for bringing this up, by the way. Thanks! :)
  20. Thanks for the screenshot! I find it very strange that Jagex didn't require for players to actually bring the Prophecy tablets along, but I suppose it helps to save some inventory space. Anyway, I removed the tablets from the required items list, and also made a note of their unimportance in the "Tips & Tricks" section of the guide. You've been credited for your help, as well. Thanks again.
  21. I've corrected the guide and credited the OP for pointing this out to us. 'Cheers, and thanks for your help. :)
  22. This is indeed the correct board to submit your contributions to the site. :) However, I'm sorry to say that we had already written a Buyers and Cellars quest guide on the day of its release (the guide can be found here). If you have anything else to add to it, then please post in this subforum again or directly PM an available Crewbie (such as myself). Thanks for your time and efforts.
  23. Thanks for all of your contributions! Unfortunately, the Crew collected this information on the day of release as well, so I'm afraid everything's been finished. :( If you notice anything we've neglected, then please post again or PM me, and we'll be sure to make the appropriate changes in addition to crediting you for your hard work. :) Thanks again, and sorry we can't use what you've provided here.
  24. Heya. You can find our Buyers and Cellars quest guide here. If there's anything you think we can do to improve or correct the guide, please feel free to PM me or make another topic outlining your suggestions. Thanks. :)
  25. I'd love for Jagex to implement beta-testing, even if I'm left out of it. All the secrecy is quite irritating to begin with, and if actual players test new content before it's released, then I'm sure far fewer bugs will slip through. Beta-testing would benefit both Jagex and the players, so I've no idea why they've refused to allow it for so long. There are literally thousands of players who'd be willing to beta-test for free, heh. Also, violating a NDA is a criminal offense; so long as Jagex explains the repercussions of leaking information, I doubt very many players would be willing to take the risk. I'm sure Jagex would be capable of keeping a tight lid on things.
