You need a Skavid map (obtained from bribing a Gu'tanoth guard, details here) and a light source. Bring them to the cave north of the Gu'Tanoth summoning obelisk and you'll be able to access the area with the nightshade spawn.

Upgrade glory -> fury and slayer ring -> ferocious/berserker ring. Get a Soul Wars cape too. Gloves should be barrows gloves (do Recipe for Disaster ASAP and use a regen brace in the meantime). Other than that, your basic kit is okay, so upgrade task-specific gear: Karil's for mage defense, Sara Sword for crushing waterfiends, Zammy Spear + super antifires (+ Ardougne Cloak 3) for stabbing the stronger dragons, and cannon + cannonballs where applicable. If you do get a DFS, it's good on wyverns but worse than a defender anywhere else.

Right, the way stews work is that each dose's boost is calculated separately, I think...so in order to get a +6 boost you need 3 doses to each give +2 where each one has a 1/5 chance, right, so the odds of +6 should be something like 1/125 or so? In any case, better not to count on anything higher than +4.

I believe I read somewhere that anything that drops level 4 clues also drops level 3 clues? Could have just been a rumour, but I think it's valid. Pretty sure Bork and Skeletal Horror don't drop lv3 scrolls.

If you're going to kill for clue scrolls, you might as well kill something that gives good rewards even if you don't get a good clue drop, e.g. mithril dragons, slayer training, TDs, DKs, Bork, Skeletal Horror.

Yeah, combat also requires 80+ hours of training to get to that level. And you only need 88 hunter, not 91.

Even without any kingly/dragon implings Puro Puro is like 500-800kish gp/hr at least.
