As I've said already, come to a point where you're seriously consider an uncapped pvp war and I'll be happy to discuss it further.

If they were actually serious about it, we'd consider allowing it.

1. Do you believe that it is fair to restrict rules for PVP? Absolutely. Pvp can be a huge mess - and it saves time of the TWR staff when there are less possible things that can go wrong. 2. How do you think having more PVP wars on TWR will effect the community? It would make it more like RSC's - in short bad. 3. Do you believe that if clans on TWR participated in PVP wars that it will progress the clan to venture out beyond TWR and better themselves even more so they can compete in the overall clan world? It might - but really its up to individual clans to decide when they are ready. I find this topic odd for a few reasons. Firstly - there has been absolutely no legitimate interest in an uncapped pvp pkri in the history of the TWR. If there was serious, legitimate interest the staff would definitely be prepared to entertain the idea. Even then, there are too many things that can go wrong. There's already enough complaining about minor broken rules in the TWR - in a pvp pkri we have claims of crashing, welfaring, outlast, etc etc. Something that to be frank I don't think any of the volunteers who maintain the TWR should have to deal with. For the record: Uncapped pkris' are and always have been allowed as long as they occur in CWA.

A microphone is a piece of hardware - ie. a physical tool with a magnetic coil necessary to pick up sound. A program is nothing more than data on a hard disk - which doesn't have the capability to pick up sound waves.

I won't lie, I'm not really a fan. The primary reason I use chrome is because it's so lightweight - if I wanted a large amount of add-ons I'd use Firefox. Still, doesn't affect me since they are all optional. I guess it's nice for people who have some sentimental attachment to chrome.

Bots that are scripted to post a certain topic on a certain forum until they are banned. Great for advertising :P Even physical spammers (with a human behind them) would hugely abuse a forum without flood control limitation.

Does your clan have a Warlord? We had, yes. What is the role of the Warlord? I see the role of a warlord as being a "lord of war". It should be their job to oversee fights and to be the primary leader. They should be in charge of pk leaders or the like. In terms of power, is being a Warlord anywhere near close to being as powerful in your clan as a High Council member(or a rank equivalent)? No, I doubt it. A warlord's power is limited to wars, but a High Council I see as part of the leadership team, who should be much higher ranked. Traditionally, do you think the roles of a Warlord has ever changed in the past 5 years? Well, they need more sets now.

How many Clan Officals will post on one war declaration? Generally no more than 2 from each clan. How many pages do you think it should take to finish the declaration? 1 to 2. Is it hard to communicate when there are several officals wether from your clan or the others putting rules out? Obviously I'm not setting up TWR wars but the thing that I find confusing is the posting of rules etc by officials not in the clans that are declaring. Do the extra comments from others actually pressure the clans to accept rules faster? Doubt it. Is anything accomplished [ other than free post count ] When you rudely inturupt another clans declaration topic? I'm sure some e-ego's increase. Also we all know what they say about big post count.

DI was definitely the most influential clan to close this year, and SE is probably the most missed.
