Interesting law, I can't say I agree, nor can I see it working.

Tattoos, when well done, are amazing. The problem is that there is no way of having a guarantee that it will look good. I know someone who had an awesome design done by a very reputable artist, and he hated it. He now has to spend almost $2500 Canadian to get his arm looking the way it used to.

then they could give us things we actually need instead of this bs their giving us this junk their taking away the clan worlds cake and giving them pudding instead. if they made updates that BENEFIT the clan world, like perhaps a type of PvP world where its wars only, this could stop crashers because they could make it so the clan leaders have to accept and such, and only people in the clan chats of the war can enter. of course, they could just make it a minigame, where you still get drops and such, and its wars only, but i still think that wouldnt be quite as fun as the wilderness. now i realise thats a big thing to do, but there are smaller things: [*:1jvmvh20] making no limit to amount of ppl that can enter in clan chat [*:1jvmvh20] making the clan chat ranks seperate from friends list [*:1jvmvh20] if they dont do #2 they could then increase friends list space to 200 f2p 400 p2p or more [*:1jvmvh20] they could make more bh/pvp worlds failed list coding but i really dont care List=0 :P I agree completely that it is more of a filler update than anything, I just like the fact that they are doing something, rather than nothing.

I do see that as a little offensive, it doesn't admit the many benefits of public healthcare. That said, it can lead to huge delays and isn't the best way of doing things. Recently there was a court case here (Canada) about someone who went to the states because they couldn't get the treatment they needed. I don't remember who won, but I do think that private healthcare should be available for those who can afford it.

I'm sure we will use it at some point, like you said however it will probably be more popular with smaller clans. The bigger deal for me is that Jagex is actually making an effort to integrate clans into the game.

There is only one problem that I would bring up with your last statement. Rape is a very real, very serious threat, and abstinence is not 100% safe. Albeit it being as close as you're going to get to avoid pregnancy and STI's as possible. This logic makes absolutely no sense. Are you going to be on the pill just "in case" you get raped? Are you going to ask the rapist to stop, and put on a condom?
