Hate to just say "this", but it's really true. We have the means to protect ourselves, and if you can't be bothered then you can enjoy the consequences.

If religion evolved with society, people would just say it was selling out. People seem to think that religion (Catholicism at least) just says: "sex is bad". It's really not the case, and there are reasons that you have to admit make sense, despite whether you agree with them or not. I've found that all Catholic dogma is based around a few key facts, and that everything else logically follows afterwards. As to media pressuring kids, I disagree. Kids can't make informed decisions when they see carefree sex on tv, with no consequences. It takes someone a lot more mature to fully realize that television isn't reality.

Make sure your bbcode is correct, you may have forgotten a "/" or a "[". Also, check the url to make sure it's the actual image. -
Suggestion: Hot guide of the week
obfuscator replied to brainymidget's topic in Forum Updates and Suggestions
Ahh I was also thinking it would be better in website discussion, oh well mods have fun :P It's an interesting idea, one that I quite like. I can't think of any cons at the moment either. -
Nope, fun fight :)

I disagree if what you said is that you gotta tank better in matcheds, full outs is normaly more people on you aka, more dificult to tank. IN pkm contest, lets say you guys pulled 12 people in a war vs akel for example: in matched you tank 12 in full out you tank 25 So its more dificcult in full out see? I think what he means (and I believe he is correct) is that how you tank matters more in a matched or non-returning war. For example if you tank badly in a pkri, there will be many more opportunities. If you tank badly in a matched fight, you've put your clan down by one.

The difference with Mateusz is that he is in Corruption (a main clan) and DH, a country clan. This is generally seen as acceptable among clans. I'm sure that in all cases he has to put Corruption ahead of DH, despite him leading DH. I didn't think this topic is aimed at just one person, it seems as if it's a valid concern for many clans in the TWR.
-
Perhaps there should be severe penalties? What do you think about enabling a clan to be kicked from the TWR if they are found to have done this?
-
But obviously the leader of Legendz would refuse to remove them, saying they are part of the clan by proper means. Once again, using LGZ as an example.
-
Congrats on your win Downfall.
-
And was WG ok with that? Legendz needs to find members to be warring that are ok with the multi-clanning aspect, and many aren't. It's up to the clan accepting the fight (CR) to realize that Legendz is doing this and get a matched war instead. While I agree that this isn't fair, the question still rises about how to enforce a multi-clanning rule. Ps. I in no way mean Legendz is actually doing this, just making an example.

o.O i agree with JC  Clans are getting away with adding random mems from non-twr clans.... and it is absolutely ridiculous! Tbh multi-clanning should be defined as any member being on more than 1 "Official Clan List" .... teams/miscellaneous shouldn't be considered as multi-clanning but being on more than 1 official list (TWR or Non TWR) is multi-clanning.. and there is no other way to describe it. hope that was readable... typed on itouch... =/ But what I want to know is why you think the TWR has the right to define multi-clanning in such a straightforward way? Multi-clanning of some sorts is seen as completely respectable. Personally I think that sometimes people are looking for reasons that a loss isn't there fault. It simply comes down to the fact that sometimes mass-recruiting will give you a win, you either deal with it or do it yourself.

Regardless of whether she finished her term or not I'd be surprised if she decides to run for the presidency. She only looked bad while running for the VP spot and people certainly won't forget that.

At the mandarin near my house, a friend of a friend got in line at 10:00 am (they open at 12:00). He didn't get in until 2:00.

Thats odd, maybe you have the site ad-blocked?

I agree, the new one ( :o ) looks silly. All phpbb3 smilies look silly Bring back ( ;) ), ( :D ), ( :)) ! I miss them too. The old ones looked so much better. Particularly the basic smile, it looks quite odd. I'd love to see this emote added, I think it might get some use:

But then how do you decide which clan/team they fight for? I see a few ways around it. Personally I don't have an issue with someone "multi-clanning" as long as they are legitimately in both clans. For example, when we fight Corruption in pvp I fully expect and understand to see several DH members there, and vice versa. What I don't like, is as JC said, some clans adding random people to their memberlist just to win a war. However, ML locks can be instituted if a particular clan is becoming a problem. It would be nice to see some sort of rule in place about this though I don't know how easily it could be enforced. And then the quintessential issue: what if clans with common members are going to fight a TWR war? For example Corruption and TKO. I think this really depends on what the clan officials decide amongst themselves. In general multi-clanners have a "main" clan, then a "country" clan, a CWA team, etc. Most "main" clans that allow "multi-clanning" don't allow other main clans; for example I couldn't join Legendz while still being in SE. However, I could join team TKO, or a country clan, a skilling clan, etc. The catch is Se always has to be my priority, and in general this is a rule that is enforced globally amongst "main" clans. This leads me to think that the problem will probably fix itself. Using my example of TKO vs Corruption, all Corruption members on TKO ml would likely have to fight for Corruption unless they had permission from a leader. I can't say for sure if things would work this way, it's just my general impression.

Wow I LOVE the third one, the second is great too :)

Your style is interesting, I would love to see the skull from the first picture on the body from the second :ohnoes:

First time must be nice. *hasn't happened to me* -
I've never stated that abstinence is feasible for all and the be all and end all of birth control. All I'm saying is that if you don't have sex you won't get pregnant, or get std's. As for the rape argument, are you going to politely ask the rapist to wear a condom? Doubt it. In terms of abstinence not being birth control, I agree in the traditional sense, seeing as birth control isn't needed if you practice abstinence. Despite my personal beliefs I do support the teaching of all methods of "birth control" and letting people chose for themselves.

Looks like fun, gratz Illusion.

It might; however, considering after the weekends wars are usually over, they start to get flooded with declarations and I don't want this to be buried. We are currently discussing this particular TWR rule at a length and we'll be watching this topic; aka, it won't go unnoticed ;) Ok, fair enough. I love reading Downfall Comments. Back to the original question "I think multi-clanning should be you are only allowed to be in one clan total. What do you guys think?" I think as long as your in one TWR clan its okay since Most TWR clans don't do pvp it shouldn't interfere with there other Pvp clans and most wars take up to 30 minutes in Cw and also depends on type of war it is. so you still have alot of time to be in pvp clan if you have dedication and time to attend there events. So yea person being in OTHER CLANS and also TWR i don't think it should be against" rules " That's pretty much what I think, although I managed to say it without flaming

I really disagree with the tanking and Ko/ing having a bigger effect in CWA. In Cwa, everyone can tank, where in pvp, with snipers, transfers, and less obstacles tanking takes far more skill. I do agree about cwa showing more organization, or at least organization of a different sort.
