MTK
If you want them to use the max amount each day (75k) you'll have to put in 750k + 75k per day. So, if you want to come back after 3 days and put in new money, you should put in 975k. If you want to come back each day, 825k would be enough.

80 Fletching
(Xp to 99/xp from yew longs) * (yew log price + bow string price - yew longbow price) = cost.
-
80 Fletching
Yew longs if you're a normal player. Bolts or arrows of some kind if you're a robot and want to ruin your hand while getting 99. And lcchs, that wouldn't reduce the money spent on fletching. You'd just first make money through cutting logs, then spend it on fletching by making it into bows.

A better way to slay Dagannoths! ~Revamped!~
Lets summarize this. Ct: 33 mins, 30 crimsons, 150k profit Lighthouse: 15 mins, 50 golds = 10 crims, 170k loss. To save 18 mins, you sacrifice 20 crimsons and 320k. Waterfiends break even at ~100 crims/hour, so it takes 12 mins to get 20 crims. You have 6 minutes left to make that 320k back. So, if you make of 3.2m/hour, go lighthouse. We're not even factoring in xp, you get slightly more combat xp in the chaos tunnels because you don't get halved cannon xp there. The Ct dagganoths don't seem so bad to me.

Kent's guide to Slayer mastery! NEW SECTION!!!
It would help to make it slightly less big, so you can actually see it without moving away from the screen ;) I like the first one better.

Why is it lame then? He's a pure. If you want to be a true pure, you have to vow never to use your brains properly.

MUST WATCH: UPDATE: Holland considers virtual theft a crime
No they are selling a service. It is like using an anvil that belongs to Jagex and offer a IRL smithing service for money. (omfg kinda bad example and cba to think a better one) You are paying him to smith your bars/metals etc into a nice sword. You are paying for a service. (and then the next day u go to school, pking irl, with an awesome steel sword.) My view on it: They stole time. The guy who got robbed lost the money, he had spent time on rs to make that money. The guys who stole the money didn't have to make the money anymore, so they saved time.

MUST WATCH: UPDATE: Holland considers virtual theft a crime
I just saw on TV what the outcome of the trial was. 160 hours of work for one guy, 200 hours for the other. I'll try to find a link to the programme, but chances are it will be placed on the internet tomorrow.

Slayer Sucks
Which sounds impossible to me. Even if you boost Qeltar's charms by 25%, only 3 tasks, dust devils, waterfiends, and black demons, break that level. Let's say you get at least 96 Summoning from 99 Slayer. What is the xp rate of Slayer? Around 25k? Then you should at least get 20k Summoning xp which = at least 50 crimsons. This means either the slayer xp rate is wrong, or you can't get 96 summoning from the 99 slayer charms. If you set the slayer xp rate at 15k/hour (60k melee xp), you'd get ~11k summoning xp/hour or over 34 crimsons worth in charms. Seems more reasonable to me.

Ranging Slayer
Does anyone know how well bunyip and d'hide + torag's helm or void + spirit shield (which is best? I will use super def pots) would work on the monsters I listed? That would be way easier than safespotting them, and if I could do the task with that and like 10 monks I'd do that.

Dagganoths
They pile you and have a very high max hit. Range prayer is recommended, their drops pay for the prayer potions.

Completed Spelling Corrections
Under 'Assignments', in the Slayer guide. That should be 'Scarabites'. Also, this topic doesn't have a 'post reply' button, just 'quote' buttons. Is it meant to be like that? Fixed. Thanks :) ~Cowman Ouch. I just found something out. Despite there being a Giant Scarab, the quest is actually called 'Dealing with Scabaras' and the creatures are called 'Scabarites'. Turns out I've always read this the wrong way :? I hope I didn't cause too muich trouble  crew edit: "unfixed" lol

Ranging Slayer
I've decided I should have a go at training my range through slayer once I have enough cash to buy a cannon + cannonballs and time to get void. I just know I'm not camping at aviansies until I have 99 farming, so this is the other option. I'd like to know some general tactics to use and some advice on specific slayer monsters. Gargoyles, nechryaels, dust devils, fire giants; would I be able to range these with a bunyip in the chaos tunnels (void or tank armour?) or are there better locations with safespots? Iron dragons; should I try to range these or just stick to melee for a bit more speed? Waterfiends; is there a good way to range these or is melee'ing the only option? Thanks in advance :)

Slayer Sucks
I don't think that's right. By doing waterfiends instead of rock lobsters, you lose 0.8947 hours but save 825k. 825k/0.8947 = 922k. So, if you don't count in the xp, you'd have to make 922k/hour or more for lobsters to be more efficient. The mage xp is huge though, so without figuring that in the number is way off. Where does 0.8947 come from? that doesn't sound correct. You have to spend 1.8947 hours at waterfiends (as calculated by compfreak) to gather the same amount of crims you would have gathered at rock lobsters in 1 hour. That's 0.8947 hours more. I do think rock lobsters give slightly more charms/hour, as you get quite a lot of other charms besides crimsons, while waterfiends almost solely drop crims.

Zmi>Nats?
Ok so your saying if you ZMI and you get 37K xp/hr max which I'll say 35K xp/hr average it's better in the long run? He will graahk and get 2.5K nats or so an hour which is 22500 xp/hr and 91 being almost half way to 99 would make it so ZMI would have to be 40K xp/hr to make it more efficient in the long run. Check and mate. ZMI is not more efficient in the long run. Off the topic of ZMI if you want money for 60-91 I suggest you do astrals from 82-91 they are 21k xp/hr. P.S Zarfot's statistics are through the roof I don't believe one can do the xp per hour he claims he does because there will always be an error during an hour of rcing. The thing is he did his times on the best possible trip he did which is just plain dumb. Sorry I dislike Zarfot and his methods of calcing xp/hr because they don't reflect a human being. Alright, let's say I start from level 75. Which is 5,902, 831(91) - 1, 210, 421(75) = 4, 692, 410exp. Graahks: 4, 692, 410/22, 000 = 213 hours 521, 379 natures in total. Which would give you ~124M. ~124, 000, 000 - (160*521, 379) = 40, 579, 000 million in net profit. ZMI: 4, 692, 41/35,000 = 134 hours ~100, 000 * 134 = ~13, 400k in profit. The difference?: 213 - 134 = 79 hours. I those 79 hours you could be double crafting and these reflect the results: 238 * 2 = 476 476 - 160 = 316 22, 000 / 9 = 2, 444(2) 2, 444 * 316 = 772, 304 per hour. 79 * 772, 304 = ~61M in net profit. ~61M + ~13M = ~74, 000, 000 ~74, 000, 000 - ~41, 000, 000 = 33, 000, 000 So, in conclusion, if you crafted natures via Graahk from 75 to 91, you would miss out on nearly 33M. I suppose Astrals would be a little better, but I doubt they would make up for a lost 33M. :? Also, you're right about the , but double natures make it only about 1/4 of the way to 99. Similar, it only makes it about 1/4th of the profit as well.[/hide] You realy can't say ZMI is 100K profit/hr because there is no realy way of telling it and well you could get unlucky so with that as your variable that isn't constant you realy can't have one more for it to be an actual mathematical problem. Also what about the price of runes for zmi? Your going to use atleast 6000 laws runes in that entire journey. Thats 3M+ taken away. Also he said he wanted 91 for the moment not 99 so we're talking about the best way to 91 her which you entirely through out in your quest to beat me at math and to support ZMI which fails hardcore. With you making I'd say ~5M from ZMI from 75-91 thats just wow. But with natures you make ~41M which is way better for the time spent. So in conclusion the the best way to 91 rc is natures/astrals at 82-91. Even is ZMI will be faster most people don't continue rc much after 91 and 99 because well they get bored of it. Also with ZMI you won't have the rythme of nature runecrafting down and you will be very slow when it comes to starting off at 91. After I got 91 from 82 with astrals it took me until 92 to get the rythme down and then I actually started getting the best nats/hr. Of course I didn't graahk because I was before that time but I will start graahk after 99 defence ;) : If zmi would just break even instead of making 100k/hour, you'd miss out on ~13m. Plus the 3m you estimate lost on laws. Subtract that 16m from the 33m extra profit you can make doing zmi instead of nats and you have 17m left. Not to mention making natures for 79 hours after 91 rc would get him ~1.7m xp. So, you could either get 41m profit and get 91 in 213 hours. Or make zero profit through zmi (worst case scenario) and get 91 in 134 hours. Or make 61m and get 91 rc + 1.7m xp in 213 hours.
