Prayer in the chaos tunnels, zammy brews are good to use and a combat familiar helps too.

Speed they are same, XP wise whip/def wins but you cannot train strength with whip so SS becomes best choice. Kent's point was the whip/defender on controlled was better because you don't have to use the SS. I kinda doubt that though, maxing att/str first before training defence should speed up training more than +5 str + 19 slash.

While mining, it works everywhere. My guess is that it's like that for smelting too.

Wouldn't a Lava Titan be a good option for tele'ing there? No need for a BoB if you can bank that fast. No idea if this actually works, just throwing it out there.

Same as why you would train wc/mining/hunter/fishing/herblore/smithing/fm/cooking/etc. Yes.

Why would you want to do that? You do know how strong Barrows is, right? Did i say i wanted to do barrows? And i'm maging and ranging em anyways Barrows Armour. No point in keeping attack at 70 just to start leveling it when your strength becomes 85 really. Just keep them equal.

I'm not sure that dying with the cape then leveling and picking it up works anymore if thats what your going to do but as you said you don't care so it doesn't matter I guess. That's not what I'm going for. Friend of mine did it with his untrimmed hp cape, and he decided to pass the information on to me. Hope it still works... Get your new 99 on a f2p world with your untrimmed hp as just a 'members item', right? :mrgreen:

Agreed. I personally did this 65 -> 80 thieving, as I couldn't be bothered to do contact and blackjacking just bores me. Those two are better options though. At the summer garden, about 30 sq'irks per hour can be gathered, equal to 90k xp. This might be slightly higher if you're really good at it and have no other people messing up the elementals, slightly lower if you're not good at it. Watching some video's helps. Edit - Once you're used to it, you will start to see whether you can make it yes or no, and you'll beat almost everyone you meet. If you meet someone who's just as fast, race him/her, this speeds up your rounds :D :D Edit - Just noticed you're 47 thieving. The autumn garden is your best option, but it's the hardest one. There aren't many good video's out there, the ones I could find had people in it who weren't good at it either. If you want, I could show you how to do it. It's quite hard at first, though.

Using them on the German member pvp world, the population in the is usually under 100 people and there will be way less risk you get killed ;)

Seems like a good idea to me. Just level stats you don't really like once in a while, stick mainly to the ones you really want to train. Whatever you're going to do, have fun :P

If you can be bothered collecting sq'irks for however many hours, yes. You could get 99 in less than an hour :D And 200m in like 15 hours :shock:

Collected 270 sq'irks at about 30/hour for 75-80 thieving. Got 75 to 80 in 3.5 minutes, 810k xp. That's 13.8m xp/hour. :D And yes. That's a german world. A 50 pop pvp world. Due to the helloween sorceress garden tele loads of people started randomly messing up the elementals. Haven't seen anyone in this world yet. :mrgreen:

Range - You hear the attack when it hits you, no sound when he launces it. Mage - You hear the attack when it gets fired, no sound when it hits. I guess it's easier to do it by vision.

this is why im making this guide discussing how some skills r now more useful than others. and this could be fixed. all jagex has to do is make a few updates in those less useful skills to make them more useful. smithing is now useless because there is plenty of rune stuff and u cant make profit off this. having 99 smithing is really not that great. and the time it takes u to get it is also a factor. jagex needs to maybe make rune armor making at level 85. and at 90s make dragon idk. but it seems logical. and put dragon ores. idk but runescape definetly needs more work on skills. I dont think it is really fair to say that smithing is useless since at 90+ it isnt worth it because there is VERY FEW skills that go past 90. Smithing gives F2p'er alchs (steel plates), provides all the bolts for high level boss hunting (72-88 addy bolts are recommended). Just to compare to some other stats and where they end: Fletching: 90 - 95 for dragon darts Firemaking: 85 (or 92 for adze) Slayer: 90 Agility: 85 Herblore: 85 Hunter: 83 Mining: 85 - 90 for stars Runecraft: 91 - 99 for 10 airs Thieving: 85 - 91 for pyramid plunder Smithing and Construction are the only stats that actually give you something at 99. I think they should make some rewards at 80+ that are untradable.

I don't really get the question. You already seem to know what you need to know (while melee'ing, melee pray perm, only switch to range/mage if he uses that attack, switch back to melee after it hits). About the flaming/spamming. Yes, there are some irrelevant posts on your thread, but instead of complaining about them you could also have ignored them. No matter what, most of your posts end up with you complaining about spam and useless posts. That almost never happens to anyone else. I fail to see how that is entirely the fault of the other posters.

I second that, if you stick to it long enough you'll become hawt like me :D I would.. But I only have 2m in my bank. :( And I'm not good at making money. :( No problem. If you do Pineapples + Willows + Calquat + Snaps you get 60k xp/day while making money :D

I think he means take the same amount of restores as brews, and instead of those other restores, put in prayer potions. Cheaper for nearly the same. Nah you dont understand pits either :thumbdown: You need super restores to counter the negative effects of a saradomin brew. yes but you drink like 2 or 3 doses of brews to 1 dose os super restores...so sirhemen is correct...only take the same number of brews and super restores then fill the rest of the invo with prayer pots....use the super restore when you brew up only...you should have more super restores left over than brews in the end.. Yet super restores restore more Prayer points.. Efficiency > cost, and selling is always an option? No. The added cost of the super restore isn't worth it, you have leftovers anyway. It is a good idea to take brews + equal amounts of restores + ppots rest if you want to save money, it's how I got my fire cape too.
