Don't get 99 in a skill just because you want a 99. Get 99 in a skill you like, or just train up all your skills.

No. If I were to pay the farmer for all the yew trees I'm planning to grow to 99, I'd have to pay 48m to get 99. This would take 83 days. If I wouldn't pay for the trees, I'd cost 38m to get 99, and it would take 88 days to get 99. So, by paying 10m, you'd save 5 days, 40 minutes of 'real' farming time. Not exactly worth it. This is just an example, but for most trees, it's better not to pay. Only pay the farmer if the payment is under 1/4th of the cost of the seed.

First, read this, if you haven't done that already. Just plant the best things you can in the allotments. Once you reach 15, start planting trees, and start planting fruit trees at 27. Once you reach 33 or something, stay planting willows/curry until you can plant pineapples, then plant willows/pineapples. Don't pay the farmer to watch your curry trees, the seeds are really cheap. While planting trees, also plant herbs. Plant ranarr/toadflax/kwuarm/snapdragon, they make quite a lot of profit. Also, sorceress' garden isn't a bad idea. I got to 30 farming there, farming is way easier if you can plant trees.

Actually, the cheapest is maples if you're an average player. In the time you save doing maples instead of willows you can make back three times the money you would have saved with willows. Do maples, and ask yourself why you want to get 99 firemaking. If it's just for the cape, it's not worth it.

Lol, you complain a lot. If you can't do something, just unlock it or don't complain. Experiments are found under Frenkenstrain castle.

I recommend using sumona until you have a slayer helm and 400 points to ban bad tasks from duradel. He's a lot more bearable with 4 banned tasks.

You can do farming for free, just farm herbs that make money (ranarr/toadflax) and plant willows/curry. You even make some money this way. For rc, just make fire runes using duelling rings, super energies and the best pouches you can. This is even faster xp than nature runes, but without profit.

Try getting all skills 50+, and combat skills 60+.

This. Once you've unlocked all items, just spend your points on the slayer dart runes. Also, I banned 2 tasks before I bought the helm, getting the remaining points was more fun this way :

No, practice 99's are kinda useless in my opinion. Just set average to hard goals (90 mage, 82 rc, 85 agility), then complete them. That should help you get the feeling for setting a goal and sticking to it, and in the end you'll have a useful level, not some pointless-after-85 firemaking cape.
