No, they heal 15% + 2 hitpoints and give a 20% +2 defence boost. At 80 hp that's 14 hp per dose, so 56 hp for a full pot. They're able to boost your hp over the max too, so if you drink one, and your base level is 80, it will be boosted to 94.
