You should try aviansies or runecrafting, and really stick to it for a while. After a few days you'll be like 'wow :o '. Also, while you're skilling or slaying or doing anything that does not require camping, farm herbs. I make ~400k per day, spending like 30-40 mins total on my herbs.

You can boost it. It's better not to do the quest though, unless you're after the cape, as it has no really good rewards and unlocks some annoying slayer monsters.

Make money while you're members, then get firemaking/cooking/magic/smithing when you're f2p again. Why do you want a 99, if I may ask?

If I remember correctly there appears some lvl 100 something ferocious spirit which attacks you when you burn it. Not sure though.

73 isn't really good for gwd, I guess rune c'bow with diamond (e) or addy bolts would be best. Aviansies = addy.

Prayer potions are quite a good option, about 7 gp/xp last time I checked. Farming your own herbs helps too.

3 sharks = 1 sara brew So, way more food in one spot. You won't be able to fill your inventory with enough food without brew, or you'd have to bring a huge stack of sweets. Super restores are there to counter the negative effect of the brews, lowering offensive stats. They also give 1 more prayer point per dose compared to prayer pots. You only really need the super restores for the brews, so you can bring 7 restores and 14 prayer pots instead of 21 restores if you bring 7 brews.

Guthans is not needed. Sharks/pray pots is not good, bring super restores and saradomin brews. Bring the ranged 70+ def equipment mentioned in this guide. Inventory = 3 range pots, diamond (e)'s, 7 brews, 21 restores.

I'd plant pineapples, yews (only slightly higher gp/xp than maples) and kwuarms/snaps/toadflax/whatever. It would get you about 70-75k xp per day, and the seeds cost about 500k. Herb runs make like 80k, so you would be able to make a good part of the money spent on seeds back by doing herb runs. I will be doing this too once I feel like rcing again to pay for the yews, it's quite fast and cost efficient at the same time. I really doubt her catching up with you if you keep doing this for a longer period of time.

Willows to 85, then yews. If you don't mind getting a sore wrist, powercutting teaks is a bit faster than willows at 70+ I believe.

Ruby bracelets are under 2 gp/xp, and 75-80k xp/hour. If you can't make them yet, try sapphire or emerald bracelets. If you're f2p, stick to silver or leather or something.

Hmm, I'd stick to tears and lamps for a while. Otherwise: Honeybadgers Macaw Pyrelord Bloated Leach Terrorbird Use remaining charms on bloated leeches and terrorbirds, and magpies if you feel like spending quite a lot of money on relatively low xp. If you get to 57 with these charms, use your blues on graahks/kyatts. Otherwise, save the blues.

I guess, as aviansies under 85-90 range and runecrafting under 75 is also like 300k/hour. Other method is getting very lucky at barrows, dk's or gwd, but that's luck. I'd go with green dragons, farm herbs and do mtk too.

An inventory of bones is 70k, an inventory of bones and hides is 60k. So, you have to kill twice as much dragons to get 10k more in your inventory, while banking certainly takes less time. Just pick them up all. I also recommend the chaos tunnels, no revs = win.

I heard (haven't tried it myself) that you go there with like 27 bait and catch fish. After you've cut them, you will have infinite bait and you will be able to stay there forever.
