1. As long as you don't get defence over attack/strength anything is okay really. And may I suggest getting summoning to an equal level as your other combat stats just for a challenge? :P
2. Also, I have no idea what level you plan on getting with that but I'm guessing 96 or something. From 85 and onwards, you really want to start making extreme pots. You need them anyway if you want to make overloads, and even the pots you don't make into overloads actually have a use, unlike serums. You're paying maybe 15 gp/xp more to have about 1.5-2k of each extreme pot at level 96, completely worth it if you ask me.
3. Both a gs and a dfs aren't worth buying for slayer, I'd say keep the money or spend it on prayer (70 for piety or 71 for deflect melee would be nice).
4. Both of the bolts you mentioned are too expensive to even be considered using for jad, only other option I can think of would be karils cbow + bolt racks maybe. But really, you should be able to kill him with diamond (e)'s.
5. A sheep. I mean, just push it over and it won't be able to get up anymore.
6. 16 penguin points used on herblore at 85 herb=saves me ~800-900k GP. This saves an hour of time. 1 hour=1 mil. So really, this does save a good bit. If you figure everything out, it really doesn't save anything. You gain more charms for 40 minutes, but you don't gain more money. That means, although you do get the extra charms you still have to get the cash to pay for the extra charms. Also if you add up all the time it takes to get ready for the D&D, then the time to get ready to fight, then switching worlds and other inconveniences you really only have a max of around 30-35 minutes extra charms and possibly less plus the time it took you to find the locations and all of that Jazz. Honestly the whole thing is an inconvenience rather than a helpful addition. Wait are you actually saying getting more charms in less is inconvenient because making pouches from the charms costs money? You'd have to do that anyway even if you collected charms the normal way. Your figure of 30-35 mins of extra charms also seems off, max would be like 37 minutes of actual charm collecting which is 111 minutes' worth of charms. Say finding the obelisk takes 5 mins (there will be clan chats for this soon) and collecting all the shards in the d&d costs 16 minutes (from personal experience). That means 58 minutes spent to get the amount of charms you'd usually get in 111 minutes, 53 minutes saved. So basically you save whatever you can make per hour in opportunity costs by doing this, I wouldn't complain.
7. Yeah because most people with 93 slayer have 80 combat stats :P
8. Gear up before the event, spend like 20 minutes to get the boost, and spend the next ~35 minutes killing stuff for 70 minutes of free charms. Sounds good to me.
9. What was the location & location hint? Hint was 'He's off relaxing', location was zanaris.
10. I got 9 water talismans and 20 larupia furs, 105k in value. Not worth it to take item reward. Best way to use charm boost reward would be having a waterfiend task and doing bork quickly before starting the task (preferably in ct).
11. Finished jad task in 58 minutes today with full slayer helmet and extreme range pots, so please don't complain about the caves being slow. If you're actually 93 slayer you should easily be able to finish about as fast. Jad is really the only thing that could possibly be a problem, and only if you have a really sucky connection. Having mage pray on permanently and just switching to range pray when he ranges doesn't even require skill, you only have to pay attention.
12. With a waterfiend task, extremes turmoil good familiar etc, that 40 mins can get you about 100k extra summoning xp. Wonder if the item reward will be any good, if it's under 100k or something I'll just go for the triple charm drop reward and extra ranks or something.
13. Nice, a future update that doesn't actually improve the game
14. Say summoning can be trained at 40k/h, and a cost of 7 gp/xp. Using lamps on it would save you 2.8m and 10 hours. Herblore can be trained at 320k xp/h and 28 gp/xp (magic pots cost that atm). Using lamps on it would save you 1.25 hours and 11.2m. By spending it on summoning you save 8.75 hours at the cost of 8.4m, so if you make about 1m/h or more it's better to use it on summoning You don't have the level for magic pots yet though, so idk it would probably be more practical to use it on herblore.
15. Jagex always (I think, might be some exceptions) rounds down, and the order doesn't matter of course. :P lrn2ruffini O:)
16. LRC for sure, Kalphites, Fire Giants, and there might be 1 other. Not sure on the others but they usually are fast are have decent drops that pay for their task. Waterfiends are slow unless you kill in the CT. Fire giants, really? :o Got 40k slay xp/h last time doing task in ct lol. Living rock creatures sound good to have blocked, currently have hellhound kalphites and steels blocked. Might block jungle wyrms since they annoy me and I got crest already, and idk might unblock hellhounds and block living rock things instead. Only if warped tbirds or terror dogs don't suck really hard though, kinda waiting with blocking stuff until I've had a task of those. Thanks :P
17. If you don't mind me hijacking this topic: what are the absolute slowest tasks (and thus in my case the best to block)? Not having any good drops or other drops that take care of consistent profit is a large drawback too. So basically that's single combat, has low hp or high defence, no good drops and maybe hard to get to too. Suggestions?
18. O awesome you like Caspian too? The Chasm - Procreation of the Inner Temple (album)
19. Meh being able to wield a godsword doesn't instantly make you very strong or something, low levels suck at combat whether they have godsword or not. Especially since most godswords are best used at higher leveled things.
20. 1.15 x 1.15 =/= 1.3 Ah yeah like that, I did it the other way around (.85*.85) but since this doesn't reduce hits but makes them higher it's like that of course. Mystery solved, wooh.
21. ...that doesn't even make sense  Base hit is 28. Say the bonuses stack nicely, that would be a 10%+15%+21% (from ancient staff, hexcrest and wolpertinger) = 46% damage bonus. 28*1.46 = 40.88, rounded up (does jagex ever round up?) = 41, doubled because of ice wyrm makes 82. Only with a staff of light and thus a 51% damage boost this should be possible, any idea how else this could be? :P - Just hit another one so it's really possible, still don't know how though lol
22.
23. Second task  Remaining ice wyrms will get me 96 slay too :^_^:
24. O grats  Hoping to get that drop some day too. How many kills do you usually get with spectral? 10-12 but that's with welfare gear I'd imagine 15+ with arma skirt/Bgloves/ranger boots Ah I get 13-14 usually if I don't mess up (i.e. don't die/get roled/accidentally drink an overload dose and nearly die etc), with arma top karil skirt zammy gloves. Still hoping for a 15 :P
