  1. O grats  Hoping to get that drop some day too. How many kills do you usually get with spectral?
  2. 1. Yes, faster xp and better tasks imo. 2. Yes, quite a lot better especially at 92/95+, not sure if they're any good at your level. 3. Nomad cape maybe, and not really items but 92/95 pray and ext pots help a lot too. 4. I'd sell it, slayer gear is more useful.
  3. I watched his zmi guide on youtube, the guy is sick. Pretty sure you can't get any faster than that, his runs are pretty much perfect. I guess that's what you would expect after 194m xp, but it's really really fast. If I'm ever training runecrafting again I want to become as fast as he is
  4. Would it be possible? And really? :( Is it actually worth it that much? Visage + dfs -> 68m. Say you buy a bss to replace the dfs, would give you 60m to play with. Super attack potions are 25 gp/xp atm, so you would be able to get 82-83 herb with the 60m. A few mill more would get you 85. That would leave you with super antifires which are pretty useful, and the bss is about as good as your dfs. Also, if you ever make some more money, you can get 88/90 herb for extreme potions which are AWESOME. So yeah I agree with selling both and using the money on herblore. Providing you already have most useful equipment like barrows stuff etc, if you don't buy that first then make a bit more money so you have ~70m to waste on herblore.
  5. The Eye of the Tiger, Enter Sandman and The Final Countdown. Wooooh. Basically the first songs I had actually downloaded myself.
  6. After 108 kills, and first kill after system update :P - Wasted like 36m on banking 95 herblore lol. Should leave me with 1.1k overload and maybe having 95 will keep me from forcing myself to get 99 lol. Will eventually get it anyway but I'd rather not get it yet cause it would leave my bank in ruins.
  7. The message that appears when you try to attack an ice wyrm without fire cape equipped says something like 'the wyrm freezes your hands and renders your attack useless', so basically you need the cape to stay warm enough to properly fight it.
  8. The staff looks bad and the void mace is related to guthix etc? Why would you even care lol. I really think you're taking gods and stuff like that way too seriously. So basically the staff's melee stats suck so the special isn't as good as it seems, its mage damage bonus may be 15% but other staves still outhit it and it's a little expensive. I thought it'd have more uses but apparently it's only good for mage slaying or something. Would still use it for dks though, 1 less damage but not having to cast charge and 1/8 runes saved doesn't sound bad. I mean are crashers actually going to be able to crash you just because your max is 1 lower? Just flash 15% mage or leech mage or w/e.
  9. It's not fixed, I still got an untrimmed prayer cape a month ago or something. Trimmed it on accident by getting 99 summ/hp though lol. Wait a min I'll find the method.
  10. Does that work on the other wyrms as well, or just the ice wyrms? Just the ice wyrms I think, but not sure water spells might work well on the desert ones :P
  11. Killed 18 wyrms in 15 mins so far with mage, averaging 113k mage xp/h. It doubles whatever you hit, I've only hit even hits so far with 72 being max.
  12. Haha I did block all the streams but didn't even know there was another cave, was looking for them in the wrong place for like 10 mins :P
  13. Might not want to go all in depth about your real life name etc, but whatever. Pretty nice account and have fun
  14. Cave near fairy ring dks. Enter, go into northwest cave entrance and block all the streams with spade. Go back to entrance cave and to east and into that cave. There be wyrms. They melee so bring gear with melee defence, they also got a mage based attack but they wont use it if you melee. If they dig under the ground, move two or more squares or they will hit 30. Good luck
  15. Got 950k in drops from killing 60 ice wyrms in 50 minutes, they're very profitable even without a staff drop.
  16. Got 161 icy things as a task
  17. Staff looks like what the trident from barb assault should have been, 15% more damage is better than other staffs but not spectacular, 1/8 runes saved is kinda nice though. I doubt it will be worth that much but still nice. - Or when you think about it, 1/2 damage for a minute is pretty good in pvp so might actually become expensive. Melee'ers will probably tele or something when they see the staff though. Range/mage slayer mask thing is awesome though, about time they released that.
  18. Doug Keyser from Watchtower is pretty good, as is Alex Webster who was mentioned earlier. Also, Lars Norberg of Spiral Architect would deserve a mention since he plays on a fretless bass, and pretty well at that. Maybe a little too technical for his own good though.
  19. Would it be worth it to bring overloads/brews to stay for more kills or would fewer kills with sharks be better because of lower costs?
  20. Really, runescape clothing? The hoodie doesn't even look bad but the sheer fact that you're advertising a game - and a pretty nerdy one at that - should be enough of a reason not to buy it. I agree with bballer though, runescape boxers would be pretty awesome.
  21. Rosetta - The Galilean Satellites (album)
  22. Oh 73 kc solo? Would you mind posting your inv/gear, I'd like to try solo bandos :P How many kills do you usually get? And grats nate
  23. no, the 50 damage is dealt and you can eat up to restore your hp back up to normal Just make sure you time it or something so the 50hp you get back when overload runs out doesn't go to waste, could cost you 50hp each dose if you don't. Also, regarding the range boost from overload, 2 brew doses lower your range level to 2 levels under base, so when overload restores your stats to max range will be 2 lower than the max boost. To prevent this drink 1 brew dose (or none ofc) every once in a while or just drink more brew doses and a sup restore dose. just a thought, an overload lasts exactly as long as it takes the special attack bar to restore 100% Typically i use 2 sgs specs or an excalibur spec right after drinking an overload both for the healing and to know when im getting the 50 hp back Yeah I usually use the EE spec after overloading too, but unfortunately you can't see when your spec bar is 90% full when you have rune crossbow equipped. :/ Could just check back every once in a while though, a matter of preference.
