  1. I don't think there is any proof for that.
  2. Sometimes the way someone WANTS to spend their life isn't healthy. Not working and spending those 8/9/10 hours you'd work playing a game is not healthy, period. Being healthy is eating healthy, going to the gym and/or doing Multiple sports, have a girl/boyfriend, have a lot of social contacts etc. Sad but true is 95% of the top players do not have anything mentioned of the above. Might still be good for them to do what they want, does not mean it's healthy. There are many definitions of the word healthy, mentally healthy, fitness etc. Also where did you get the 95% figure of "top players" from? Unless you do a questionnaire of these "top players" you cannot confirm they dont have parteners, go the gym or have social contacts like you stated, making the point invalid. Also being a "top player" *sometimes* means you have the financial backing to do the expensive routes of training saving you hours a day as they value their time much higher. By doing these routes they can get daily xp in over half the time an average player could. This is where these players free up time and can do things in real life if they wish. Just because someone has a huge amount of xp doesnt mean they dont have a life. Your stereotyping players, as some might not do the things you stated while im pretty sure it's not 95%. Not stereotyping, if you play a game 10 hours a day, no social and popular person will like you, which means you'll get thrown out social groups etc.. Being social is not a requirement to be healthy, like pretty much all of the things you listed. Also it would be better to have friends with the same interests as you. If someone decides they don't like you because you play a game for that long, you probably wouldn't have much to talk about anyway. Forcing yourself to socialise with those people sounds stressful and pointless.
  3. Not necessarily. There are several reasons people play games.
  4. The words themselves don't annoy me, but knowing the person saying it to me thinks it's actually offensive gets on my nerves quite a bit.
  5. Spending 18m tokens takes like 5 seconds He'd have to rest of the day to gain the other 4m
  6. I keep seeing him say spending it on Dungeoneering would be a waste The other day he said he'd be using them on Slayer when he reaches 250 He'd probably still max Strength first though
  7. Apparently he hasn't dungeoneered much, but you could have replied in a pollite way too. I would love to have a lvl 3 with maxed skills in my team. He takes down cb lvls of monsters + you have plenty of food/pots/armour/... If he did lower monster levels by much (which he doesn't) then that's all the more reason not to have armour =/ Plus if he's the only maxed player, you have to slow down by clearing rooms for him to open doors
  8. If it follows the pattern it'll have 6 strength with attack bonuses in the 30s or high 20s A random jump of 2-3 strength would be weird since it's been going up by 1 since steel
  9. I really don't think that last sentence will make any sense to someone who hasn't played in a while
  10. Seeing Zezima is still exciting
  11. And in that time Funorb has had nothing :(
  12. You don't need to do them in any order
  13. Ok thanks The weapons and shields could work like rings of forging, but probably not
  14. Does anybody know if these Dungeoneering rewards will stack in your bank or each take up their own space? Ore bags Bonecrusher Herbicide Weapons and Shields and Magic boxes
  15. The fact is that I was talking on doing one once in a while. An hour on your way to 120 isn't that destructive. I'm willing to bet that the few less deaths you get due to making armor more then makes up for the 15 seconds "lost" actually making the armor. It's not hard to stay alive if you know what you're doing I've been entirely armourless for ages and I can't remember the last time I died
  16. Dreadnaut appears to drop and Blink drops
  17. "all accounts associated with this have been permanently banned." Not true. Searching 'reset' on the RSOF returns plenty of threads where the OP hasn't been banned. IDK whether to trust Poppy or Matt >_> Those Jmod posts are almost a month old
  18. A random person came into my friend's clanchat yesterday saying his WC had been lowered to 89 and that he still had a WC skillcape (that apparently he couldn't equip) I asked him to post proof on tip.it and he asked if he had to sign up here or not, but in the end he didn't. I logged off soon after that and I didn't believe him at the time, but now I've seen this I'm not sure. I have heard of Adventurer's Log glitches like this though
  19. Tbh if they're going to pay him to go anywhere, Funorb could do with it more than Runescape. From today's FunOrb Hiscores: [hide][/hide] ...You were saying? They should pay him to stay there rather than go to RS, I meant
  20. Tbh if they're going to pay him to go anywhere, Funorb could do with it more than Runescape.
  21. Farseer Kiteshield Blood Necklace CREW EDIT: Thanks, the examines have been added and you have been credited!
  22. Does anyone know where I can find groups of Barbarian Assault players who will stick together and know what they're doing? I checked one clan but it doesn't ever seem to be that busy and World 6 is just.. not that great.
  23. Shadiochao replied to gremmy's topic in Rants
I saw my first hood at 92, and I've dungeoned with a few people with higher who haven't had one. You'll get one eventually
  24. I was hoping for a new homepage design, but I'm disappointed they decided to keep that female signature hero. She's really creepy looking tbh.
