  1. I believe that it's exactly like that.
  2. I hardly see how that's cheating.
  3. Bridget Regan. So hot. I started watching Legend of the Seeker because... well, because it's about magic and swords, but also because she's on it.
  4. It would be awesome if it was updated, but there so far seems to be very little evidence of one upcoming.
  5. Woodcutting was always my favorite, although I have yet to try out ivies.
  6. Worse than that in many places... and there are different degrees of douchebaggery: 50% of the population is a douchebag 20% are severe douches 10% are mulitple -douche offenders 10% are violent repeatedly doucheloaded offenders 5% are severely, perpetually offensively violent and insane male douches 4% of the population just sucks.
  7. Hijack the space shuttle so that I can live for a few more days.
  8. I think that they must be mentally disturbed... they should probably be isolated from the rest of us if they are at risk of assaulting other children.
  9. Popular culture finding a way to blame it on something that they don't like.
  10. I was about 8 when it happened. We got sent home for school early and I was way f***ed up because my dad was working in the 'states and I lack the presence of mind to differentiate between Detroit and New York. Once I heard about the terrorism bit, even at the age of 8, was that "someone, somewhere, is lying right now."
  11. All religions are a joke and a scam... Scientology is just a form of brainwashing that has received attention from the media because celebrities participate in it.
  12. No but I've dipped a guacamole Dorito in a iced capp.
  13. Good do see it's being changed. Why the hell was this ever in place?
  14. No.

I can't say that I've ever had any trouble: when I was younger, and it involved authority figures, I found it hard to find my voice, but now I can tell just about anyone to bleep off.
  15. I totally agree, but the Onion is a pretty nice source too. Can't trust any of them: even the people at The Onion will put a spin on a story if it makes it funnier. What really bothers me is how the media is already at work spinning it around to blame everything but the system.

A standard, uninspired corporate answer: can't be your fault, can't be my fault, can't be the teacher's, the preachers, religion, lets just find a way to blame something that we have no control over, and therefor cannot punish or change.

I just finished reading several books: - Living Green Communities that Sustain (Jennifer Fosket & Laura Mamo) Pretty good... different than the usual greenwashed bull that I find floating around. - Dragon and Thief (Timothy Zahn) Although it is an adult science fiction book, I found it to be very childish, but not a horrible book. If I was 8 again, I'm sure that I would have loved it. - Dead Shot (Jack Coughlin & Donald A. Davis) Interesting, but it feels shallow and uninteresting when compared to War of The Rats
  18. Why not go back to a bit after that, and then teach them how to effectively use those tools, and build them into a mighty army to conquer the world!

All that is known about the vaccine at this point is... well, there really isn't any real information that has been provided to the public. Do Flu Vaccines work? I personally feel that you should never trust the government. Ever. Not saying that it's bad - it isn't.... just don't trust it. And (to me), an even less convincing argument is "but we can trust the big pharmaceutical companies, they wouldn't hurt us! They just want to sell us lots of harmless, expensive drugs, and if they call it a vaccine, and say that it's safe, it must be!" Besides, I sincerely doubt that it even works: the reason that (all vaccines, but particularly when regarding influenza) they don't work is that the virus is changing constantly, but we're still using drugs that were developed months ago, and probably have been sitting around for a while since then.
  20. I sometimes think that it's hard to have an opinion about him: Bush was such a horrible president that it would be hard to do worse: I think that the Nobel Comittee was thinking along that line - "well, he hasn't invaded anyone or lied to the public about terrorism... aw, hell, give it to Obama."

It might be a mildly interesting theory if most of what has been said was true.
  22. I usually buy about 2/3, and mine the other 1/3 while I'm waiting for it to buy on the G.E.
  23. I don't really think you can do that, unless, obviously, you'd like to do a non-buyable skill.
  24. I've always liked monk robes, especially when you wield a staff... something about that "simple look." Trimmed wizzy robes also look cool though.

You want to have yourself diagnosed by a person who is not a medical professional, has no medical training or experience whatsoever, and you have never seen, or even spoken to before? Yes, you have autism: you also have herpes.
