  1. Essentially, you have a choice between broad bolts and yew longs at your level. For cooking, I would go with lobbys, although you might want to do some of the math yourself.

This entire discussion is entirely flawed: I have yet to see a post that examines or explains the assumption that these firearms are wielded not only by sane, mentally stable individuals, and not "trigger-happy rednecks" or despressed teenagers.

    Lvl 1's only.
  4. Non-Quest: Castle Wars (Always crowded with Nature Crafters) Soul Wars My favorite though is the Culurinomancers (Sp?) Chest which is a one click, isn't busy, and when other people are around are usually not noobs begging to borrow a whip.
  5. Come woodcut with me! Otherwise, try a skill for a bit if you're bored of combat?
  6. I can't imagine that it's anything other than a glitch.
  7. Why is that? because each day, the minigame takes 10% of what is in coffers (up to 75k) and use it to pay the workers for their resources. This means that you should have at least 750k in the coffers (because 10% of 750k is 75k, the max) that will be used to pay the workers. This is the ideal situation, so you should probably keep more than just 750k in the coffers. Personally I keep about 2m in the coffers, so I don't have to bring money with me every day. Yea, when you become non-mem, you could always have extra in if you don't need it, and collect when you become a mem again. I put in about 5 mil and then didn't become a member for a couple months, and boy, there was a lot of stuff.
  8. Yea, I do 10 maples, and 5 fish currently. Flax used to be really good profit, but not since the release of the G.E. DO what you find works for you: I use maples for FM and the seeds for farming, so it works out great, but if it didn't, I'd go to uncooked fish. Honestly, why would anyone ever want to get cooked fish? There's just no point.
  9. Melee, ranged is only really useful for getting the fire cape and killing Avansies.
  10. Yeah, if you think its only going to be a 100k drop, then really no point in waiting. And I doubt Jagex is going to dethrone the whip soon :P Thanks for that, anyone else think the whip wont drop much? Is 2m the new standard for the whip? I just get the feel from the dozen or so people that have tried to buy mine today, and the fact that the price of almost everything IS rising due partially to 26k inflation, that the whip is going to be hanging on above 2mil for quite a while, but I also though it would never drop from 1.6 to 1.2 mil... even then, sounds like you aren't do poor that losing a bit would finish you off, lol.
  11. It's not too hard to find an uninhabited one, just takes a bit of world hopping at a non-peak hour. Still, stick with baby blues.
  12. You could wait a bit, I think it might drop about a 100k, but not really an amount any more meaningful than that, at least unless Jagex releases a weapon that can dethrone the whip.
  13. I collected tar, or mined addy (slow to spawn, just grab a pick and wait at some rocks close to a bank) while I alced. If you don't feel like doing farming, you could always cut waaay back on the time required and just plants the herbs/flowers.
  14. Battalestaves, adamant plates, a ruby rings in Zanaris are what I mixed in with the yew longs I got from fletching.
  15. Welcome back. Try ranging lessers in the Karamja Volcano?
  16. Never heard that they would be, and the above post makes perfect sense.
  17. Spirit Graahk Natures are great money, even though essence has gone up in price. I'm sure with maxed stats, you could get some charms no problem, make a few Graahk pouches, and you can make about 500k/hour.
  18. Skeptical replied to Emh14's topic in Help and Advice
    Yes, it does.
  19. If you don't know about any clan merching them, and you've checked the G.E. chart, then there really isn't anything else to know.
  20. It spawns in a random chest: just keep on searching, and eventually you'll find it, along with quite a number of spiders on the way I'm sure.
  21. Best - Pest Control = Great rewards, short games, different every time. Worst - Burthorpe Games Room - Useless, unpopulated, and not even really any fun. IMO, Castle Wars may be useless, but it can still be fun, especially when you're new to members.
  22. I can't say I realty like quests, but the rewards are just too useful to not do them.
  23. I usually use Super Attacks, at least when fighting a monster that I could die from (ex, don't waste it on the cows) but dues to the expense I almost never use super strength, and Super Def are just useless.
  24. Sorry about your "bad luck" but there really isn't anything that you can do: start earning money and wait, hope they drop.
  25. lol...when i say i get bored very easily i mean in an hour or so...this is a 5 year old acc an look at my stats...granted i did have a 9 week break when i got grounded :P Whoa, what did you do to get grounded for more than 2 months?! I would try mixing it up, as others have said: fish for a bit, and when you get bored, fish for a bit longer, then head to mind, then mine until you get bored, and mine for a bit longer... and so on. Just rotate it around and you should be able to avoid (serious) boredom.
