True, RuneScape's combat is really just horrible, but everything else you said I totally agree with. I have played a number of other (more modern, and expensive) MMOs and MMORPGs, and they still lack everything that RS has, with the exception of far better combat systems.

I would say that 75% of the time, I just use the game-selected world: after all, what does it matter when fletching or buying things off of the G.E.? About 10% of the time I go to a world chosen for it's population density, and 15% of the time to a clan or forum based world (eg W99) -
Kind of copied off the other thread, and the only realistic way with mid-level skills is to use the G.E. to merchant, so it really isn't that much of a challenge if you know how to merch...

I found like levels 40-50, I got way more salmon.

Bank both: you make a ton more gold, and it doesn't reduce the number of kills that much, and then you can even afford more expensive food and potions.

1. Doesn't matter: just start working on def. 2. Zombie Monkeys or Armored zombies I hear, but that's at higher levels. 3. One word, DRAGONS. 4. Look above. If all you want to do for cash is fight, then kill dragons.

What is the best barrows set for killing green drags?

Looking at my stats, it is obvious that I'm not a pure. Do I have a hope of actually being able to compete with other players on PVP worlds?

Memorizing the spawn times can be helpful, but is only really worth it if you aren't training for exp (ex, easy to learn spawn time on mith/addy/rune: not so easy on iron/coal.) Mostly, just find a more secluded spot. Wild mines (As said above, steel mine can be good, depending on your combat lvl) and quest-related mines are usually good too.

They restore run energy: 10% and about 8mil for 5k, so you just found something pretty cool.

Theoretically, Blackjacking is far superior, but hating it, I would probably do a mix of master farmers (that may just be because I like the seeds) and then Pyramid Plunder, which is supposedly almost as good as blackjacking, and with usually better rewards.

Great guide, but I find that RuneScape and schoolwork do not mix well, and they result in poor grades (Well, poor to me, I play RS a couple hours a day and still have a 90+ average in highs school) and inefficient RS time.
