At the moment, the most efficient way is to use up your charms in this order; Gold, Green, Crimsons. Don't use your Blues, save them for later. What I did was I used Ocurania teleport to teleport to the Altar, then I would run down, keeping run at 100%. I used Terrorbird for this, but you could swap the scrolls for some super energy potions.
