No, unfortunately. You need an exlir, which goes for 15m. So you would in fact make some loss. And I think you need the sigil too, which compounds your losses further.

55 Slayer is easy to get, even at low combats and the rewards pays off in the long run, letting you kill advanced monsters for good loot, and Slayer Dart is very commonly used for Barrowing.

Actually, there is such a place that was released recently, but it's not a new place, more of an update. The Varrock Diary gave you the ability to use the new bank in the Cooking Guild, but I think you have to do the level 3 diary to unlock that bank.

Yes, I agree with Chumley here. ZMI is very fast, and it got me from 59 to 65 in a few days, while making some little profit. As you have 70 summoning, I would recommend that you bring the terrorbird instead of the Abyssal Lurker Familiar, as you will be able to run all the way, which is more helpful then having 7 extra essence. Oh, and this is my opinion, but don't bring the pouches, they take too long to repair if they degrade, in my opinion anyway.

Your slayer level is only 61, and a Slayer level of 65 is required for Dust Devils, so no, you will not be able to kill them. I would recommend that you get 65 Slayer, and by the time you get 65 Slayer, you should have accumlated enough points to wear the Slayer Helm, which would help you a lot in future tasks.

Well, I had a look on the Knowledge Base, and it appears that the Omni-Staff does have bonuses to both attack and defence, so you can't take it to Entrana. However, the Law staff doesn't have any bonuses, so you may want to get another staff and imbue it with the Law Talisman.

Well, I personally don't have 91 RC, but I wish you luck. :) Oh, you may want to get more crafters, seeing as they're limited to 30k xp a day, so that's a maximum of 120kxp a day, which means you can craft something like 1.3k nature runes a day. It depends on how many pure ess you have.
