Mith pures (Or Init pures) are only good in P2P for, you guessed it, wearing Initiate and Mystic. I dont think you should have gone 20 def in f2p as that tiny def bonus wont help too much. I do recommend going Rune pure though, as Imaleber pointed out.

Try different styles, different setups. A basic tanking setup would be - Torag/Rune helm Blk Dhide Body Torags/Rune legs Blk Vamps/Barrows gloves Glory Rune boots Accumalator As for weapons, you have quite a few choices. Rune C'Bow with D stone bolts work pretty well (combined with rune kite) If you are good at timing/specs, or just want to change it up once in a while, try Msb with Rune arrows. You could also use Karils crossbow, but it lacks a spec. Also, with any of those setups, you can throw in a Dark bow with D arrows if you need a KO that packs a punch. Since your new to range pking, I'd go with the Rune C'Bow, and just hope you get lucky and it specs for you. With Msb/Dark bow, you have to time it better, and be able to switch to the weapon and arrows quickly. It takes a bit of practice, but it'll get easier as you go. Good luck. :

Well I'm mostly into hardcore/melodic hardcore, but then again im also into some soft songs as well. Since I started out with an acoustic, I enjoy strumming a lot more, and if I ever joined a band, I'd definitely go for rhythm guitar.

Help please! I've been playing acoustic guitar for about a year now, so i decided im ready to go to electric guitar (that, and my friends wanted me to get one badly >.>) I guess i'm not a total newbie when it comes to guitar, but i am with electric guitars :? . So what kind of guitar should i get? Also, what kind of amp? wth are humbuckers/pickups? should i care about what kind they are now, or should i leave that for when i get more experienced? Anything else i should know? Any advice is appreciated.

Depends. The 'best' pure for lower levels isn't the same as the 'best' pure for mid levels, and high levels, and so on. If you want, I'd suggest go with a Range/Mage hybrid pure for lower levels. Once it starts to get owned a bit, get 20 def (if you're p2p, if not, forget this). Then move onto 40-45 def. Then go 70 and beyond. You pretty much from pure, to init pure, to rune pure, to barrows pure, and then tank, so you pretty much get a little taste of everything.

I think the spells were a good addition, and not exactly overpowered. Range can still beat mage due to it having the highest attack speed.Also the fact that pretty much all mage attacks splash on d'hide (with the appropriate mage&def lvs of course). This shouldn't affect range too much, other than the occasional spell that manages to break through d'hide. And even then if all else fails, SEERCULL SPEC BABY \

Simply...wow =D> Long read, but completely worth it. Some of the very basic, simple things in life, yet are often taken for granted. Well, something to that extent xD. Its called "peer pressure" that's how most people get started, it is not AS addictive as other drugs but people do get hooked on it. Yea i guess. It was pretty much a moment thing. The fact that I knew people on the group definitely, I guess, affected me to do it. If it was anyone else I'd probably turn it down. But whats done is done, and I don't plan on doing it again anytime soon.

Um im not sure to be honest. I guess i should explain how it happened. I just finished watching a football game with a friend, and we scored just barely with 19 seconds left, and won. So my friend says alright lets go, when he meets up with his friends and they're like oh we we're gonna go smoke some to celebrate you should come. Next thing I knew I was with them in an empty parking lot, and they're passing it around. Normally I wasn't planning on smoking any, and my friend was like "Oh i'm not gonna force you to do it if you don't want to." Then one of his friends comes up to me and says "Oh you've never tried it? You should start like how I first did, with a lock (or shotgun, as deloria called it) It was freezing last night so all i wanted to do was go home, and they're like alright just take a hit or two before ya go. I honestly dont remember what it was like, but it was pretty much how I imagined smoking anything would be. Like I could feel the smoke in throat and when i blew it out. And I didn't get any kind of high or anything (Your not supposed to on your first time, right?) But yea. Like i said, I don't take pride in it, but at least can say I've tried it before. Agree with bongo, and at 70+ Def, you'll be able to wear barrows and such, allowing more versatility incase you ever get tired of void'ing (is that even a word?)

One question, why 70 att and only 36 str? :s A general hybrid is all 3 combat forms, so might aswell get your str up. Leave def at 40,45, or raise it to 70. Your range and mage is very nice, keep them up. Hybriding can be somewhat difficult because you switch through attack styles/armour often to adjust to youyr opponents weakness's, but once you get the hang of it, it pays off. Ultimately, you might wanna go MB pker, which is a pretty much maxed player. But thats up to you. Hope this helped :

Um, yea completely :shock: You might have to raise your mage a bit to reduce splashing. Other than that, yea. Blitz&DDS combo works charms if you can time it right.

Well I lost my old, beat up pair of DC's that I used for skating, so i went out to buy me a new pair. I bought a Nike Air Mogan thats White/Mist Green/ Grey (no pic, could'nt find them anywhere on the internet) and yea. They look really sexy right now, so I wont skate in them....for now :twisted:

Well yesterday I just took my first two hits of weed (not that im proud of it..I'm not even into smoking. Lets just leave it at one thing led to another, and next thing i knew i was doing it :? ) Two hits, and a lock (where another person literally blows it into you through your hands) and I told a close friend about it. She reacted sorta bad i guess, but I knew it could of been worse :-# And its not like I woke up the next morning craving some more. Anyways, my two cents are if you"re gonna start doing it, know the consequences and be prepared for'em. Oh, drugs are bad, m'kay? And jw, it is possible to get 'hooked' on weed and such from your first time right?

Option #1, and Armor setup # 2. Yes, piety is a must. 25% increase in def is more than enough reason to get it. Will you be bh'ing still now that PvP worlds are released? If not, then go right ahead and git yer def to 99 :P
