  1. Even with t11 plate and legs you're only talking about 445 armour, versus your best class (so you'd have like 278~ and 139~ armour against the other two classes). When you're dealing with any monster above level 100, they've got well over 500 hit bonus from their equipment, so they're going to hit you very, very often.
  2. Had a Steels task so took the chance to test Water Surge again. Note that this included a Slayer Helm, which as it turns out is probably influencing ability damage. Crits: 1620 asphyxiate 1075 wrack 1354 wrack (stun) 861 chain 1887 wild magic Crits with Metamorphosis: 2025 dragon breath 2025 asphyxiate 1075 chain 1692 wrack (stun) 1075 impact Metamorphosis combined with abilities seemed to increase the crit by 25%, but strangely with asphyxiate I somehow managed to hit 2300+ without a crit, while a 2025 was highlighted as a crit. And yeah, Wild Magic appears to be the 219% ability, kooky. Some other random slay task crits: royal xbow + bolts 2902 snipe 1342 rapid fire 1786 piercing

  16. I thought the initial skills mentioned allowed you to access characters who came with their own stroylines/campaigns, whereas the finishing skills like RC/Craft/Smith allowed for the production of the level 85 gear.

  19. There's a Solomon/SoF reference at the end of every piece of content :D (except the statues). I was under the impression that PoP would extend to level 99 gear, and require level 99 skills too, but I guess they might roll those out in a later batch. Looks interesting and somewhat self-sustaining too (and least it doesn't look like it will need surface resources) so I'm quite pumped for it.
  20. There are probably a few hundred little quick fixes and stuff. The problem is that these quick fixes in concept look easy, but tweaking whatever the hell is under the hood probably takes a lot longer, chillax. They could just modify healer LP in a coldfix next week. If any of them played BA before they'd know how durable the healers would need to be to match the new poison mechanic :P Just that they probably have too long a list of fixes to do and it's inundating them, as usual.
  21. You can initiate Slaughter, and on the next tick move into their square (i.e. just when you pull your weapon back, you can click to move under them, because Slaughter's already in effect). Not too hard to do lol, and triggering any ability refocuses on them straight away.
