You can test max hits with abilities by just ability spamming until you get a critical hit, which will be a max for that ability. I just cycle through abilities that are off cooldown, it's not too hard to know which one you're using on which.

I was surprised when Hok hit a 3k on me, but with protection prayers on he never seemed to get past 500. It also turns out that the more TokHaar he's summoned, the harder he'll hit. Maul hit really often on Hok, which was quite interesting (800 hit bonus versus level 196). It even stunned him every single time without fail, either incredibly lucky or some design feature. Initially I was using a master wand and when I used asphyxiate all 4 of the stunning hits missed :\\\

Destroy your spare copy of journal 3 and journal 4 and go back to QBD. Someone on HLF was once crying that she obtained journal 1 but it didn't tick off the comp cape req (I think she was a mother or something ...) and she had to destroy the journal and kill QBD again to mark off the req. Good luck man :(

I don't think the KQ's prayer were ever 100%. At least in the Beta, I could get through her first form with ranged, so you should get able to melee her second form, just with less accuracy.
