We would have had Tzhaar-hur working horrendous overtime only to spend all of their hard earned tokkul to heat their homes and warm their eggs, with the upper castes not faring much better. I thought Hok viewed the TzHaar as inferior/corrupt offshoots who refused to return to the Sacred Kiln, and as such decided that the best thing to do was to end their wayward race?

If the numbers are based on hiscores rankings (which seems likely), then none of them are F2P. Remember f2p was let bak on the high score again. Also factor in those who will do the month or more effort for it. F2P isn't back on the highscores, and their last highscore sweep removed those who lost membership

Seems not You sir, are correct. It seems to also have a negative impact on magic. I wonder if they plan on changing the helm into a scrimshaw pocket thing when PoP comes out. Slayer helm gives magic abilities a 12.5% damage boost on your slayer task, not sure about the other two though.

i think that means the 90+ req. to make the range/mage/melee armour i.e. smith & rc etc., not the armour's power. Besides there is always a chance later on to either upgrade the PoP armour or make better version with a 95+ making req. Yeah, he means you can make each full set of level 85 gear with level 90 in the required skill. Barely difficult/exclusive content.

So much for going all the way up to 99 :\ [qfc]15-16-241-64128882[/qfc] Over 50000 people have 90 Smithing, over 50000 with 90 Crafting and over 60000 with 90 Runecrafting. That's barely "very high level" content :P

Actually used Torment for fun on a Mithrils task because I still had some prayer left. Wrack (stun) crit: 1560 (up 15.2% from 1354) Wild Magic crit: 2093 (up 10.9% from 1887) EDIT: Just realised it's a flat +206 increase, which is about 23.9% of 861 (Chain/Impact crit with Slayer Helm).

Mod Mike mentioned in a thread that unlocking all the rewards from PoP would take months. Probably looking at a pretty heavy trim list if the devs decide on it.

I just used it in a dungeon. You need to have it equipped.

I think only the helm is needed for the accuracy boost.
