  1. Be sure to kill the worms, thye seem to pretty much always hit regardless of your magic defence. Use a rapier for them. Personally the biggest perk of ranged for me is that I get to be more mobile, so it's easier to get around when trying to dodge firewalls or prevent time stop, and you also cover less distance when running to the artefacts, so there are less worms to contend with.
  2. Yeah I remember thinking Ice Warriors were amazing for gold charms (dat granite crab!), but I went a step further than you - cannoned Ice Warriors in the Ice Queen's throne room lol. I thought I was being efficient! :P
  3. WTF. How did you managed that lol. Like, where did you find all these (presumably) non aggressive targets? Also, cutting willows in draynor and talking with people. I didn't say how long it took :P Cursed the dark wizards at the stone circle and killed them for runes so I could finish the Mage Arena, which is why I was training to 60 (also trained from 46 to 50 with Curse first to be able to wield Iban staff, lol).
  4. I used Curse to train from level 46 to 60 magic in RSC. You got XP only if the spell worked, and if it did, you couldn't recast it on the same target :P

  12. The cynical me would like to say that they'll just recycle the periscope mechanic for the new hide and seek spy :P Would be kinda bleugh if it's just that. From the BTS this quest looks really good - a new and open looking camp with a variety of NPCs to interact with. Looks much better than linear stage-by-stage underground dungeons (Firemaker's Curse, the Elder Kiln, Song from the Depths all suffer from this tiring mechanic).
  13. I'd actually like them to keep voice acting off the older questlines, like Elf/Penguin (except maybe for battles like in the case of Vanstrom). Having new voices going through your head so late into the questline seems somewhat odd to me. Hoping for an interesting mechanic on the new hide and seek penguin thing! Will be fun to watch how W60 copes with it :P
  14. If you hit over 32768 damage, your zeal counter gives up and says "LOTS!" :P Seems like the new requirement is 5k damage per game, easily achieved many times over by using any of the 20% damage Ultimates on the portal in Veteran.

  16. Wat, I don't recall ever killing the mummies, skeletons or dried zombies.
  17. Kill the monsters for pages, then get two from the chests in the dungeon.
