Supers/Extremes, maybe a few pieces of food if you really screw up. The supply table basically offers you a full LP heal, full special attack restore and 25% prayer restore every time you use it. And you can use it 5 times a wave. Bring a combat familiar to speed things up. And your regular slayer gear will definitely do, as far as I know. Bring claws if you have them to abuse the special attack restore the supply table offers. In the later waves, be sure to attack and distract the Dynamite troll to prevent him from destroying the supply table.
