  1. This is quite a funny one that happened to me a while back: Noob: Can I buy your handbag, as a present for someone? Me: Its a satchel, and its untradeable, sorry... Noob: How much is it worth? Me: Its untradeable.. Noob: How much would you value it at? Me: A lot of money. Noob: How much is a lot because I have got a lot of money...to buy it with. Me: Its untradeable! Noob: I best get saving then, add me so i can contact when I have about 10k. Me: Mate, look, its untradeable, and if it was I wouldn't sell it for 10k. Me:Thats nothing, sorry. Noob: Ok, my friend said he'd lend me some money; maybe 30k? Me: Its not tradeable!!!! :@ Noob: I'll get my friend to come buy it; hes rich hes got 200k! Me: Its untradeable ffs! ! ! ! ! :@:@:@ 200k is poor aswell! Me: Please go away... Noob: But I really wanna buy it. I'll do a job for you to pay for it ;) Me: Thanks for offer but its untradeable! U.N.T.R.A.D.E.A.B.L.E ! ! ! Me: Your annoying me now. Me: Good-bye with luv *teles to camelot to escape him* Noob: (pming me) Omg you got eaten! How come your handbag didnt fall on the floor? Noob: (pming me) Hey wait a minute! No gravestone! Your a ghost! Noob: (pming me) I dont wanna buy your ghostly bag! Its cursed! I'm reporting you for being a ghost. Me: (pming him) Fair do's. Good luck.. and whatever ;) Me: *blocks him* Found it quite funny. It happened months back. - Rem. 8-)
  2. Tip-it has changed my rs life in many ways. It has made me play much less but enjoy the time I do play more enjoyable; because I know how to do things the best ways. It has also let me do more in my time; because i've always used the guides etc on quests etc. - Rem. :
  3. Thanks for all your replies. ;) Keep em coming. - Rem. :
  4. The robin hood hat is for looks, and to show off your wealth. If you want the best bonuses go for god coifs or if your quite rich; an Armadyl helmet will do. Hope this helps, - Rem. :)
  5. Thats about what you should bring. Maybe some lobs or sharks for revenants; incase. I would bring probably watermelons or cakes for food on the course. - Rem. ;)
  6. I would choose knives from what I've heard from others. I agree, you may want to try them aswell. - Rem. \
  7. Rune defender and dragon scimitar are actually a pretty good combination. Rune defender works with mostly everything. Hope this helps, - Rem.
  8. What he said. ;) - Rem. :
  9. Thanks Guthan for your suggestion, Think I am going to try iron knives as this is what most people recommend. But, the quests needed to train at yaks are a bit out of my depth maybe, only 57-58 combat. 8-) Thanks again; - Rem. :D
  10. Hey, If you want to buy a godsword; Bandos is the best in my opinion... but; if you would like to save yur money for other things, I recommend maybe a whip or a dragon scimitar etc. Hope this helps; - Rem. ;)
  11. Hey everyone, I have currently been training range at the rock crabs with a Magic Longbow and steel arrows. I am currently level 55-56 and am aiming for 60; so I can wear red d'hide etc. Would like to know better ways to train; as currently getting slow exp. What weapon/ammo should I use? (Maybe iron kinves.) And where should I train? (But; quite confident training at the rock crabs.) Thank you, - Rem. :
  12. Definitely a bad thing. It defeats the whole object of the game. People who have spent ages and ages skilling and making money would have just wasted their time when they see someone whos got it without putting any work in at all. All it does is annoy people and Runescape would be a much better place without them. - Rem. :
  13. I prefer the Bandos Godsword; because its good at breaking enemy defence. No other reason. :P - Rem. :geek:
  14. All are good in their own way. Magic lets you do all manner of needed and useful things like teleporting and freezing etc. Range can be fast hits; like with the dark bow you can hit 50 for both of the two hits; and safe spots are really good. But the fact that you cant wear defensive armour lets them down; because to balance things out melee had to be high hitting on the two. Melee; however; has the highest hits, as you can hit 110+; and you have a much bigger range of weapons and defensive armour. - Rem.
  15. There is many bad/good points on the filter. If we remove it; it'll encourage people to try and get round the filters. I do agree that unnecessessary words are sometimes blocked out. If you type random letters all across; it always gets blocked. - Rem. \
  16. Male characters can wear skirts of any kind as you can see from other posts. The fact of the price difference is to do with popularity. Prices are affected by the what the players pay for and how many they buy. Platelegs just look nicer; and fit with a lot of outfits. Also; the majority of players are boys. - Rem. :
  17. Pking had to be stopped because it was a way that was popular with gold sellers to exchange money. Jagex had to do this; so to make a small minority a bit more cheerful; they invented bounty hunter. Would like to remind you that there is also the fight pits that people use and Jagex are steadily working for more PvP mini-games. Just thought: theres also fog. - Rem. ;)
  18. Runescapes public opinion has dropped a lot. Some people know that I play at my school and I'm still popular.. Its just the idea of being in one place and doing the same thing for hours on end when the other kids are playing outside and having fun is what people make fun of it for.. - Rem. :)
  19. For an item it would probably have to the half-full wine jug or the bronze dagger p+++ as it isn't tradeable anymore.. :P Of course the slayer untrimmed cape is possible; as soon as theres level 3's that have got 70+ slayer. The rarest cape for me would have to be the herblore cape; I've only ever seen one.. i've actually seen more summoning capes than herb capes! 8-) Plus; in members some high level people wear full bronze for a laugh, so its not that rare. - Rem. :
  20. Use the calculator provided by Tip-it to work out the exact amount you need for your wanted level. Probably about 165k feathers. - Rem. \
  21. Do your thing until 40; then do willow logs to (u) bows till 70. Then do the same with maples. Simple. 8-) - Rem. ;)
  22. The camo set was tradeable for a period of weeks; as you can see from everyone elses posts.. It was worth quite a bit for what it was. - Rem. 8-)
  23. If someone specifically reported you for this; then Jagex can punish you. But no-one has the nerve to report for tiddy things like that; so you should be ok. Most of my mates no where I live; and I know where they live; so its not such a big deal.. Just keep your fingers crossed. ;) - Rem. :P
  24. Its something like 2.8ish million if your buying willows from the exchange; and 4.3ish million buying maples. I use maples; because they're much quicker; but my best mate "A Log Burner" has used willows all the way to 200 million experience. Both have their different positives and negatives; just do some research to see which one fits you. You may wanna buy the odd batch of yews in the 90 - 99 range; to ease up the boredom. Personally; I've used willows from 30 - 70 which I've cut myself; and will use maples onwards to 99. The choice is yours. Hope this helps; - Rem. :
  25. Rock crabs are good; if you dont mind people moaning at you... - Rem. 8-)
