I like how instead of selling us on how FUN and EXCITING the update/items will be, they've resorted to giving everything a dollar value. "That's a $45 dollar value, for free!!!" I predict the August BTS will just say, "Next month, expect $200.00 worth of content!!!!@@!@!@!"

He wasn't really dressed up in costume as the Joker. At most, I think he had just dyed his hair red. AMC Theatres (the second largest theatre chain the the USA) has now banned people from wearing face-covering masks or bringing fake/toy weapons with them into their theatres, ie, when people dress up for midnight premiers. They have also said that, should someone's costume make any of their other patrons uncomfortable, they will ask the person wearing the costume to leave the premises. My company hasn't taken such a strict policy on it; we think that dressing up for midnight premiers is all part of the fun, although I do think if someone's costume made someone else uncomfortable, we might ask them to change out of it at the least, or move to a different theatre. Also, as just another side note, from the theatre's perspective... it doesn't matter if you do or don't have a concealed weapon's permit. You aren't allowed to bring a firearm into the building. Period. The only people who are allowed to bring a firearm into the building with them are the armed guards who pick up cash deposits, and local authorities/police. Otherwise... if I see you have a handgun tucked into your pants, I will ask you to leave. If you show you have a concealed weapon's permit, I will ask you to leave. If you don't comply, I will call the police. :thumbup:

This is actually the theatre chain I work for (not at this building) so... today was a very rough day at work, and a logistical nightmare! Such a sad event.

I enjoyed BXPWs in the past... the only thing I didn't like was that they announced it so early. I was of the opinion that they should announce it on the day of, right before the update went live, as a fun surprise. That being said... I don't really care that there won't be any more. I never "held off" on training something until a BXPW came along. Granted, I planned for two of them, but it was never anything like "I'm not going to train XYZ at all until the next BXPW." It was more like, "I'm training Farming already, so I may as well plant Magic and Palm trees for BXPW next week."

How long did it take you to read it? :-P

Finally found a decent bardcode scanner to use for my Goodreads account. :D I have an odd dozen or so more reference books to add, but so far the final count is 489 books owned, 299 of them read. NEED MOAR BOOKS!!

Due to the Taverly/Burthrope tutorial update a while ago, the spawn location of one of the Evil Trees was changed. It is the tree that spawns west of Falador. It is listed twice in the Evil Tree guide as "Falador - West across wall near the mine," but the image for the location is outdated. Finished reading Greg Keyes' The Infernal City, which is based on the Elder Scrolls game series. Now I'm reading the next book in his series, Lord of Souls. I really liked The Infernal City, so I'm hoping Lord of Souls will be as good. It was very interesting reading about Dunmer and Oblivion gates and alchemy ingredients and stuff. Plus it was just overall an enjoyable read. NERD BOOKS FTW!

Is the little (can't think of the proper term) notification box for updates to topics/forums we're following supposed to be gone? Or have I just not figured out how to get it back? I've tweaked around in CP, but at most I've just got it to pop up at the top of the page on the little bell icon. As interesting as knowing when people's birthdays are... I'd rather see updates to stuff I follow. :P Just curious to see if it's gone forever.

But to see them all you'd have to select each version from that list inidividually (except 3.1.4). :thumbup:

Will a list of included bug fixes be available prior to the update? Or afterwards? Or neither? Otherwise, awesome. Shiny new stuff is always good. :thumbsup:
