I've yet to try them out myself, but my in-game friend says roaches are nice.

Dharoks.
According to the Runescape Wiki, it's similar in speed to a 2H. It says your opponent can lay multiple hits on you before you even hit them once. :(

14 Questions for Off-Topic
[hide=Answers]1. What is your job? Assistant Manager at a movie theater. 2. Do you have any nicknames? JT in real life with my family, and Bea online with my online friends. 3. What famous celebrity/fictional character do you look like? Um, I don't know! Harry Potter >:3 Only not so lame. Someone did compare me to Christopher Mintz-Plasse once (he plays Fogell in the movie Superbad) but that was a comparison that I didn't really appreciate - I don't even wear glasses! 4. What famous celebrity/fictional character do you want to most look like? Not Fogell. 5. What are you most proud of in life? Hm... at this point in my life... graduating from high school, and maintaining a great job for two years, and being promoted to management. 6. What do you regret most in life? Meh... lots of things. But I'm stronger today for all of the things that have happened in my past. 7. Pancakes or waffles? Pancakes! 8. Favorite cookie flavor? Chocolate chip. 9. What is the most expensive thing you have bought? A car, followed by my laptop, and followed by a plane ticket to the other side of the country. 10. What is the most expensive thing you have broken? Well, at work I intentionally broke a projector bulb that costs upwards of $2,000. We have to destroy them when the bulb goes out, because they're like mini-bombs... to prevent them from accidently exploding on someone, we detonate them ourselves : D 11. What is the funniest thing you've seen? Lots of things! Most recently, my brother and I just watched the Blooper reel of The Office: Season 4. 12. What's your dream meal (appetizer, entree, and dessert)? Ack - I don't know - I'm an avid lover of food, and can't pick one! 13. If you could go back in time, what year would you go to and why? DINOSAURS PL0X. 14. Pizza, yeeeeeeaaaaahhhh or naaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh? Yeeeeeeaaaaahhhh![/hide]

Clue Scrolls
There's an old dusty topic somewhere in rants devoted to answering this very question. For me personally, after completing them, I feel that about 90% of the clue scrolls I do have been a waste of my time and resources (runes and gold, from buying all the cursed Uri stuff.) However, I still make myself do them, just on the off chance that I get something worthwhile (a month or so ago, I got two God book pages back-to-back, and earned myself a nice 1M+. )

If you could make one thing illegal...
I would make cigarettes illegal. But that won't ever happen, because it's a multi-billion dollar industry. However, with things like increased taxes on the cost of cigarettes, we're making progress. As of January 1, Oregon (the state I live in) just passed a new "Smokefree Workplace" law. The new law prohibits smoking in public places (as defined in the law, a "public place" is any enclosed area available to the public) and most workplaces. According to the new law, it is illegal to smoke within 10 feet of all entrances, exits, windows and air-intake vents. On top of this, all Oregon businesses are required to post visible signs stating that they are compliant with the new law (if not, the business can be fined up to $500 a day until they post signs.) If you're interested, more information can be found here. I'm very happy that this law was passed, as smoking is somewhat an issue at my workplace. PROGRESS!

Today...
Today I had to sit through a terribly boring manager meeting that lasted for two hours - gah! Then I had to run about, bossing people my age around. Er, I mean, managing people my age! Then I got to clean up the office, for the second day in a row, because other people on my management team seem to be incapable of cleaning up after themselves. I hate picking up other people's slack. Then I... got off of work at 1AM, came home, looked up random YouTube vids, and checked up on MTK. Now I'm going to bed, so I can do it all again tomorrow.

I've got three in the past month: two Guthix pages, and one Zammy page. You just don't get them as frequently as you used to.

If you knew me...
If you knew me, you'd know that I'm quite a complicated person - what you see isn't really what you get. You'd know that I very rarely show people any emotion other than happiness, to prevent them from asking me "What's wrong? Are you okay?"

slayer jellies
You need no specific weapon or item to kill them with. They can be found in the Slayer dungeon East of Relleka, as well as the Chaos Tunnels. According to the Tip.It Beastiary: "Although this monster attacks with melee forms, the power is magic based (though the protect from melee prayer will bring the protection). Wear dragonhide armour for the best defence, although more experienced players may prefer to take a shield with high magic defence, or a Defender for the strength bonus too."

help me on desert treasure
The Tip.It guide suggests that you kill him with Mage, as he teleports towards you if you try to Range him. I haven't done this quest myself yet, so I can't offer any more advice :/ Best of luck!

Penguin hide and seek.
http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=penguin_hide_and_seek.htm Experience can be put towards any skill. The amount given is based off of your skill level. It's 25 exp points per level in the skill you put it towards. For example: at Level 1 Cooking, you would get 25 exp (1 x 25) at Level 2 Cooking, you would get 50 exp (2 x 25) at Level 3 Cooking, you would get 75 exp (3 x 25) Etc. You can also get 6.5K gp per point, if you prefer gold over exp. There is no guide to where the penguins can be found, as they have a tendency to roam and, well, hide! But you can ask Larry for a hint, and he'll tell you the general area to look in. Good luck, and happy hunting!

Valkyrie
I found that the accents didn't really negetively affect the enjoyment of the film. I got so engrossed in the action and plot, that it didn't really cross my mind that 90% of the cast are Americans. The first spoken lines of the film are of Tom Cruise speaking in German, with English subtitles. As he continues, a track of him speaking English is overlayed with him speaking German; eventually, the German fades out completely, and from then on out, you just accept that they're all speaking in German, and that you can understand them. I get so sick of movies, working at a movie theater, that I hardly ever buy them when they come out on DVD - but this is one I simply have to buy when it's released! It's amazing. Even if you know anything about the true story it's based on, it still keeps you thrilled.

Rune Hopping
I've read a guide to it on here, somewhere. I'll go do some hunting. Edit: So, thus far, I haven't been able to find her guide. But she's a F2Per, and she always wears an Air tiara :twss: Grr... bothers me that I can't find it, or remember what her name is >.>

Your favorite book/book series
Hm... as far as series go, my favorites are J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter series, Cate Tiernan's Sweep series, and Tamora Pierce's The Circle of Magic, The Circle Opens, The Circle Reforged, and her Protector of the Small series (That's, uh, four seperate series. She's my favorite author >.>) Also, I really enjoyed reading the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series by Rick Riordan, the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon, and The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice. I could keep going and going... I'll stop.

Breastfeeding
Since a business like restaurant under US law is private property, they can in theory even select their clients (like excluding asian, white, etc. people from eating there) but they would probably lose the case if brought to court over discrimination charges & would have to pay significant compensation. Far as I know there isn't any legal precedent to remove a mother who breastfeeds her child from business property, unless she's acting abusive or aggressive. Or, if the business clearly has 'rules' at the entrance/lobby that specifically prohibits it (usually pets are disallowed from entering restaurants and it's legal due to hygiene reasons) I actually may have got confused with employers. A business has to provide a safe space for any nursing employee.

Breastfeeding
Yes. And as we all know, arguing on the internet is like the Special Olympics, blah blah blah. Pain Olympics. And now I can't say anything since my sister does it. Omfg are you serious? Well at least she's female... I know it's disgusting but her gender makes things a little better.[/hide] I think he was refering to the fact that his sister breastfeeds, not that she partakes in the Pain Olympics...

Breastfeeding
Why would anything be wrong about it..? Babies have to eat, too. And I totally agree with IGoddessI's comment: if you're at an eatery, and the whole family is enjoying their dinner, why should the baby be excluded? And why would anyone suggest that you feed the baby in a bathroom? While you're at it, you may as well let the little guy crawl around on the bathroom floor. Besides, most nursing mothers carry some sort of feeding blanket around with them. When they go to feed their baby, they often throw the blanket over their shoulder, to prevent anyone from seeing anything they shouldn't. Most mother's don't hike up their shirts to their necks and expose all... And as far as the US goes, I believe it's actually illegal for any business to ask a nursing mother to feed her baby outside of their store. (Correct me if I'm wrong, please!)
